???? pizza is great. The garlic bread is a must ❤️
Pizza was houses 11am and it was 3:30pm when I walked in the breadsticks were extremely hard and they said that's how it is I've been here before it used to be decent I guess that they are very low staffed I will give them that they only have two teenage employees
I have ordered Jimanos on and off for the past 10 yrs., finally a great pizza!! A little criticism, thicker crust needed. But other wise Great!! Thank you Jimanos, family happy !!From Home Wash Tech,LLC
Pizza was dry, and lacked sauce. Both the deep dish and thin crush were equally unsatisfying.
Ordered and was waiting for delivery. And they canceled my order without letting me know and closed early terrible customer service
I eat pizza almost everyday and they're pizza It's very good I generally don't give reviews for pizza but I thought I would give them one
I tried this place for the first time on Thurs 11/4 around 5:45pm. I recently moved into the area and decided to try this spot because of the coupon I received in the mail (more on that later). The pizza was ok, nothing spectacular. The sausage on the pizza was good, and the crust was crispy. Due to these factors ALONE is why this is a 3-star rating and not lower. The mushrooms tasted like canned mushrooms, that was disappointing. Overall the pizza was just ok, but not memorable in any regards. My BIGGEST ISSUE with this restaurant is the pictured coupon flyer that I received in the mail. As stated, I only stopped in because of the coupon. Well, when I walked in and presented the coupon, the cashier (who was pleasant), explained to me that per the owners instructions they were not to accept these coupons. She stated that the restaurant did not know where the coupons came from and how they began to circulate, but that they were not a promotion facilitated by this location, despite the address of the restaurant on the coupon flyer. I thought that maybe I had the wrong place because Jimano's has multiple locations. However, as you can see, it is for the NEW Romeoville location.I find it hard to believe that someone would take the time and financial cost to create, print, and distribute via the USPS false coupons. I didn't argue or put up a fuss with the cashier because she was just doing her job. Plus I wanted to try the pizza. So I order a 16" thin crust sausage and mushroom, and just paid the full price. Obviously the price is not the issue here, but not honoring their own coupon is the issue.Honestly despite the coupon issue, if the pizza was amazing I would return, because who doesn't need a good local pizza spot. However, for every reason stated, I will not be returning.
Don’t know why a lot of peeps are speaking negatively about it. Honestly, I think the wings are spectacular. I had one out maybe 15 orders of wings that wasn’t perfect, but that’s the fast food business. Do agree with one comment that the pizza dough needs something extra. Pretty bland and dry, but it’s a good quick go to last moment, especially since it’s 3 min from my house. I think the pizza is better than a lot of other Romeoville and surrounding locations. I’ve had the pastas, they are good, but nothing special. Meatballs are bland. Was disappointed with a order of fried shrooms that I had to toss, but all in all, I like jimanos. The breaded bone in wings in mild sauce are awesome (imo)
first time ordering and I have to say pizza was right on time, nice and hot and we really enjoyed it. And their specials are really a good deal, we definitely will be ordering from there again
This is the worst food I ate in Romeville/Plainfield area.Pizza crust is like a bun.Wings are super tiny and extremely overcharged.Jalapeno poppers taste normal but overpriced.Mozzarella sticks taste different and are overpriced. At first I didnt look on the price. I simply thought that Jimanos charges more because they have better quality and quantity.I was wrong. The worst part is pizza. We all took 1 slice and threw the rest to garbage.I will never buy anything from them.I dont understand all the good comments.
