My favorite of all sandwich chains. Definitely gives me a taste of being back in NY. Do yourself a favor and have the Original Italian Mike's way with Mayo and Mustard (if you haven't already).
I had the Big Kahana it was hot and very tasty!The staff was very Nice the place was clean very satisfied customer!
Always good food/sandwiches. The servers are always pretty nice too. I know everyone says it, but it really is always a pleasant experience at Jersey Mike's.

I ordered a sandwich that I usually order every other day from this place. I took one bite out of the sandwich and I was literally gagging because it tasted horrible. I bought it back into the store. The male and the female employee acted like they didnt believe me. I told the male to taste my sandwich if he didn't believe me. Management should train those employees to be professional with their customers especially after the experience I had with the food. Stay away from this location. They are filthy and rude.
I got the #57 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak on Rosemary's bread with extra peppers and boy did they add me some peppers. Service was quick and responsive to a friend who need extra customization to his sub.
Not a good location. Lunch shifts makes worst sandwiches, second shift is better
If I could give 0 stars I would. This restaurant has a major turn over, I’ve never been there where I see the same person twice. The “workers” don’t care about the customers just about flirting with the other “workers”. No one smiles at you, no one says thank you, they rush you and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. We will not be going to this location until better people come in and fix all the problems.
It’s not first come first serve, online orders are prioritized over in store customers. My sandwich was next in line and I was waiting, the online customer came in and his sandwich was put ahead of mine and I was told he is first ?
