I’m so disappointed. I got a wrong order. I ordered a cheese, jalapeño and onion pizza. I ended up getting a ham pizza. We are vegetarian and my daughter took a bite thinking is a veggie pizza. Unfortunately my daughter got sick from this. We ended up spending money in medical care. I really need some answer and I wish they take their responsibilities in this matter.
They take forever to deliver!!! I ordered my food at 11:50 and now it’s 12:34 and status hasn’t changed!!! Order was supposed to take about 20 to 30 minutes to deliver. I even checked the reviews on google and apparently I’m not the only one. I called and the person I spoke to after waiting on hold told me that he is has 6 more orders and I’ll have to wait for another 30 mins!! Horrible customer service

Staff needs to pay more attention to the orders before delivering. Got our order completely wrong. We asked to have our correct order sent instead of getting a credit and are going on 1.5 hours of waiting for that said order…
They were 15 minutes late with my order and then both pizzas were incorrect when I got home. Tried calling and was put on hold for 20 minutes awful customer service. The pizzas were missing double cheese. Would give zero stars if possible. Little Caesar’s at least charges $5 for their trash pizza 0/10 would not recommend.
I ordered my pizza at 1:48. E-mail confirmation says 38-48 minutes for delivery. I ordered on the dominos app and was following the tracker. 30 minutes after placing my order the status hasn’t changed. Then I tried calling to see if I can get an update and nothing. No one answered. As I sit now for a whopping 20 minutes on hold I’m expecting the delivery to take closer to two hours. I wish the app would reflect accurately what the stores actual delivery times were so that we could have a chance to order elsewhere if we wanted out sooner. Very disappointing.
I am 1.2 miles down the road at Lennox and they say they don’t Offer delivery on the app or online. I am a truck driver stuck with no food
Perfect - better than the Domino's Pizza that we use to purchase from - moved from Naperville to Romeoville - deliciousness. Very highly recommended. Can't take a picture because we were so hungry we ate it right away. Only half left for tomorrow. Next time will purchase two instead of just one.
If I could give no stars I would. Went there on my lunch. Ordered. No problems there. But a FedEx driver came in and dropped off a package. The kid making pizzas took the package out of the person's hand and was holding it. Then he put it down. Went right back to making the pizzas. Hands all in the cheese bin and pepperoni. All WITHOUT washing his hands!!! You have no clue where that package has been or came in contact with. Very unsanitary. My job uses this location for food quite often. Not anymore. Very disappointing
Nice interior, fast service, and enjoyable food. Pizza really is good for a chain restaurant and definitely better than other pizza chains for the price. Ordering online is preferred for the discounts that can be given which lowers the price considerably. Overall good quality ?
