I would like to see doc Watson eat this B.S hit his kitchen sent out on delivery 36 bucks down the drain you owe me one doc not a fresh rib tip in the box.. well I called the restaurant after I did this review and the owner or manager drove to me personally and gave me a slab of ribs and cold sweet tea now that's wassup and it was delicious so y'all go support this restaurant!!! I'm 45 years young and never seen that before please flood this place well deserved ???
Everything was perfect ! Top choices in my opinion are the rib tips, chicken wings, Mac and cheese and the monster beans are to die for. Good portions as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. The staff was polite and my order was ready in 15 minutes. Awesome job Doc Watson!
Went today and omg! So delicious ? they were doing a whole pig smoke out..wish I came later for it. I had burnt ends and they were the best I had besides smoke daddy in Chicago. Also loved the potato salad. Can't wait to come back
I ordered burnt ends, Mac and cheese with Brisket, and peach cobbler and I have to say all was good except the peace cobbler. It is literally just peaches and CHUCKS of cinnamon. It was so disgusting. Please do not waste your money. It was about $35 for everything. So pricey but the meat was great. Get bbq sauce on the side also!
Delicious BBQ, prime rib and sides! Nacho platter really is 2.5 pounds of pure bliss!

I love their chopped brisket sandwich. Both the regular and spicy BBQ sauces are great. I wish they had fries, but the sides they do offer are very good! This is my favorite BBQ in the Romeoville/Plainfield/Joliet area. Check it out!
I had take out.Food doesn't taste like it it looks in the picture. I ordered 1 full slab witch was dry (below) average. Their combo plater poorly served for the price. And the sides 4oz (it doesn't tell you) 5 bucks for slaw and potato salad 8 bucks for the Mac and cheese,it was still raw. Seems to me that it wasn't ready because it was the only item missing in my order. I had to wait for it and they just rushed it. The chicken was the only thing that was a little decent. Never going back. Way over priced $80.00 for a meal for 3

I run a BBQ Mobile / catering business in nearby Lemont, Big Ed's Shed BBQ & Grill, and always look for good BBQ. Had Doc Watson's brisket sandwich and it was great. Served the Texas way - no sauce (optional sauces on the side that were very good, although the sweet sauce was much sweeter than I like). Brisket was chopped and had great flavor, texture and overall taste on a really good bun. The side of pickles and onions were good too. Great price at 11.95 including chips and the side pickles, etc. Highly recommended.
