0/10 experience walked in. Walked toward the counter where two women stood behind the counter and stared at my boyfriend and I. Did not greet us from the moment we walked in or even walked closer to the counter/register. Experience lasted less than 3mins and I took my money to Sonic ? where I was greeted and provided much better service
Literally just walked out of this location. I usually stop in here whenever I visit another business in the plaza. I usually get a single small cone. I agree with the other reviews I read that you have to be very careful about what you order and how much it costs . Usually it cost about 1.92 with tax which is a rip off but every time I go in the prices always vary. This time I walked in and asked for a small single serving of vanilla ice cream and her to reword what I asked for as if I didn’t speak proper English. The cashier looks confused while she is ringing me up and comes up with a total of 2.95. How? I look at the menu on the wall and point out that the price is 1.79. She looks baffled again as if I don’t know how to speak English and talks to her co worker only to tell me that oh that price is for kids size. It says that nowhere on the menu for cones ???. I like how they tried to fabricate that one on site. So in light of the kids cone being 1.79 I ask for the kids cone and again I get a look of disgust as if I am wrong and she says we already made the small one, whose fault is that? So I tell the young lady they can keep the one they already made, especially since the young lady that made became impatient and just sat it on the counter with no napkins or anything underneath it. Who’s gonna eat that now? Lost my business permanently.
Drive thru moves quickly. Usually in line for no more than a few minutes. Shakes were good. Blizzard could use more candy. Bottom of it was all vanilla ice cream —> not mixed all the way.
Of the Dairy Queen on Renwick and route 59. The entire staff is extremely helpful and polite it's light and I've met the owner several times it's. They make the best brownie blizzard supreme!!!

Went there a couple days ago and the workers stayed open about 15 minutes past closing time to serve everyone in the drive-thru. Great ice cream!
Got an oreo cupfection today. It was made fast and accurately by a beautiful tanned skin girl with big brown eyes. I see her there quite often and she never fails to make my food nothing less than perfect. 10/10 recommend this Dairy Queen!
Who ever took my order today was hot can someone slide her snap in? I came in around 6.
It seems like the frida girl is the only one working. You need to give her a raise! she’s so awesome!!!!
The young girl who made my chocolate melt and banana spilt was very polite. And the deserts were great.
