Great comfort food! Great service. I also love the little store, so many cool things!
The staff at this location is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was there with a friend for lunch when another one of our friends called us and decided to join us. I made our waitress aware of the situation and told her that if she wanted we could go to another table since we were already done with lunch. To my surprise she said absolutely not stay here and take as long as you want. Yes!!! We gave her a very generous tip since she was super wonderful. Thank You Michelle P. for the awesome service and great attitude, you're truly one of kind.Update 04/30/2022After all this years and after the covid-19 pandemic Cracker Barrel remains one of the most affordable restaurants in the industry.Their portions are still very reasonably and their prices have not gotten out of control.If you're looking for an affordable family meal, I highly recommend this establishment for your entire family.
Three of us deliver cars for a dealership and we stopped here for lunch. Typical Cracker Barrel. Food was hot and good, server brought extra ice tea and then a to go cup. Nothing really to brag about. I personally think the prices are a little high if you don't order the daily special.
Was excited to visit this place for the first time but after sitting at a dirty table my excitement turned to disappointment. I ordered gravy and biscuits and confirmed my disappointment it was flavorless. The server was coughing and had a runny nose the whole time. She was not even mindful enough to wear a mask if she was not feeling well. I brought it up to the cashier sho stated it may be an allergy but if that’s the case wear a mask. I don’t think the employee and management care about sanitation no one likes mucus and saliva in their food or drinks. I almost forgot to add her thumb was all in my plate. I definitely will not give this place a second try and I hope management addresses this concern before sanitation does.
Stopped in there last night to place a take out order for dinner. The lady at the register asked me if I needed help. Told her i wanted to place an order to go, she said to wait by the hostess stand the girl would be there in a minute. A few employees walked by, some just a few feet away standing there talking about upcoming plans for the weekend. Manager talking to the ladies at the register. I had been standing there for awhile, just holding a menu which the lady at the register had given me. Even the manager said someone would be there shortly. Amazingly one of the young men who were talking behind me said he would take my order. Guess I was invisible until the manager said something. The teenager took my order and said they would call my name when it was ready, which is normal. Well never got my name called finally went and asked the nice lady at the register. Its been sitting on the cart for online orders. Go figure! Told her the young man said they'd call my name, never happened. Use to love this place. ?☹☹
We had a group of 8 people for NY nephew's birthday. Waited15 minutes to be seated which is ok, waitress was very polite and quick. Food came in a reasonably time. The soda seemed to be flat and the dumplings were more like pancakes. We ordered dessert, I had strawberry short cake with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. The sort cake was dry and the ice cream had a bit of ice which made it like eating solid ice. Of than that the birthday boy enjoyed it, oh we did mention that it was his birthday so when the waitress brought out his dessert there was no birthday song from the staff. As a note this was my first time eating at a Cracker Barrel.
They haven't amazing country fried steak. And I had breakfast for dinner wow their pancakes are nice and fluffy. The chicken tenders were well prepared and seasoned. I'd recommend coming here Great place for breakfast!
Delicious food, excellent service. It was a Saturday at 11:30am and we got a table right away. I love this place. The store is the best part.!!
Great food great service cleanliness just need to be picked up a little bit. Stuck ketchup on the chairs, leftover residual food from customers before, on chairs and table. Cracker barrels are well known name and the company brings in 3 billion a year. Let's step them standards up a little, we our paying for it. Besides that great location.
Hands down the best service I ever had. Food was great. The pricing is great. Both times at this place I felt at home. The waiter was beyond awesome. Thnx. Will stop every time I'm in this area. God bless America ??
