I’ve always ordered online from this location and never had a problem until now. I understand there’s a shortage on certain things. One thing is putting a sign in your door but another is not bringing it up personally to the customer when they pick up an online order. Not only was the employee rude but she did not prepare the order like it was indicated on the app.
Order burrito bowls and every single one was wrong and half full, the previous week the bowls were huge. Now they look half eaten, half of the bowl was tomato’s. Rice was hard, not 1 single bowl out of 7 were correct, and all together probably only added up to about 4 bowls due to terrible small size. Recommend going inside to order because they are clearly mentally challenged.
Third time in 2 weeks out of many the basic toppings. This last time they didn’t post it and I started the order already and that’s when “Stephanie” told me I shouldn’t come there…now that’s great customer service. They will hire anybody..used to be one of my favorite places..not anymore…I will go to the moms and pops restaurants going forward…they would never tolerate such bad customer service.
Poorly managed store. When I walked in I noticed the garbage cans overflowing with trash. Finally got to order and requested an order of chips and queso. I was told they were out of chips, when I pointed out that there were two bins of chips clearly visible from the counter I was told they weren't bagged so they weren't available. Second time in two visits this has happened. Also most of the bins containing meat, veggies, cheese, etc were empty. Used to be a good store but has shown massive signs of decline.
Poorly run location. Literally no greeting, ever. Not even eye contact. Most times there’s no one running the line so you just stand there waiting for some time for someone to come. The workers seem to lack proper training and have no motivation. Ordered “double” chicken as always and at this location I was served what was the equivalent of a regular portion at any other location. They just seem miserable. Management needs to get involved and figure out what is going on here. I’ve not had a good experience here the past 3 visits.
Always out of something! This time out of lettuce and it doesn't matter if it's rush hour or non peak hours. If I'm ordering a veggie bowl you'd think they tell you they're out of lettuce!
Horrible. Never coming again.This place is ran by children...I ordered a steak burrito.The girl on the line DID NOT know what she was doing, at all.The rest of the employees were just hanging out, talking. I couldn't tell if this was a workplace or hang out spot.Bad customer service.The onions are big chunks. Little serving of steak. No attention to detail.This is not how you run a restaurant.
Best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. This place has the best cooks and staff out of all the 100 or so chipotles I have been to. The store is clean, portions are well made, and meat is so well cooked. I can’t give enough stars
I drive from plainfield because this location BLOWS them out of the water. They always have the freshest food, they don't skimp and it's ready on time. Whoever made my food tonight, i wish I knew who you were. I would actually put you in my will. You guys rock!
Most unpleasant chipotle I’ve been to, 1st of the crew were kinda rude and 2nd they didn’t have half the items, no guac, no pico, no corn, and they were laughing about it, like what? Get your stuff together
