Terrible customer service. Poorly managed location. If I could give this dump 0 stars I would. How does a restaurant have to rehire the entire cook staff? That strongly reflects on poor management. How do you not disable online ordering if you are closed? How do you allow online orders to take payments for orders that are not able to be fulfilled? Unbelievable incompetence.

The service was good. That was it. Literally, out of so much on the menu. We felt bad when the server had to give us the list of "we don't haves". We ordered and then they had to return and apologize once again because they were unable to fulfill. Cocktails took forever. Meals came out slowly and one by one with cold food presented. The management and cook team should be ashamed of what they are doing to the staff that is at the forefront.

Don't usually have the best service, I get being short staffed but I shouldn't be waiting 20 minutes for a drink you said you'd have right out. Food is good, drinks are amazing, prices are decent(somethings might be over prices, but they got great deals) and I love that I'm not right on top of another table. I love the Fajitas and big mouth bites but everything is good.

The food is decent. However, every time we go there always seems to be something that’s holding the service back. “We’re understaffed in the kitchen”, “there’s not enough servers”, “we’re having technical issues”, “no one can sit in the lounge, it’s bar seating only”. They can do better.Please get a manager that can run that place consistently, staff it properly, and keep the tables turning.

I've never been to a chili's before and wanted to try it, but I'm sorry to say I'll never go back.The waitress was extremely nice, but the food was far from standard, saran wrap in my food, and my steak not being done to order was taken back only to be bought back the same way. It was disappointing overall.

Customer service at the pick up are great.. however this floor hasn't been cleaned for a year, it looks disgusting

From someone who has been going to this location for many years, I have never been more disappointed than I was my last visit. On March 6th I dinned in at this location and on my way out I accidentally left my wallet on the table (we left around 9pm). Upon realization it was too late for me to call because they were already closed. The next day they said that they had my wallet there. When I came to pick it up the manager brought it out. I checked to make sure everything was there and noticed all of my cash was missing. When I asked the manager to see if there is a way she can look into it she said with a smile on her face, unfortunately they don’t have cameras and there is nothing she can do. She made no effort to try and help or even ask the evening staff. She brushed me off like it was nothing. It’s really disappointing that as a manager she could care less about this situation and that potential one of the staff members could have taken it.Unfortunately this wasn’t the only thing that happened last night. After being told that our wait should be 15-20 min, we ended up waiting for about 40min before the bartender asked if the hostess knows that we are here. We told her we gave them our number and we’re waiting on a text. The bartender brought this up to the hostess and we were seated right away. I am so disappointed with this experience and I will not back any time soon!

The line goes out the door which is always a great sign. I think this place is bomb if you had a few drinks in your tummy, lol. I wasn't impressed. They messed up on my orders and forgot my tortilla chips with my order... it's so busy that there was no way I was going to ask them to change my burrito; for some reason they served me a burrito where they pour all the red sauce. I must have ordered wrong. I was really sad. Left feeling disappointed. Was not worth the wait in line. Maybe we can try going during the day time not at 10:00 pm at night to see a difference.

Albany I believe was our waitress she was nice. Food turned out to be good. Just that my steak was not cooked as I requested.I told her about it and she took it back problem solved. We kept having problems with the drinks. Don't know if the pop machine was out of syrup, our cokes were flat the kids sprite tasted like carbonated water. The hostess needs to be trained better. There are multiple tables open and ready for customers. He said it will a 5 to 10 minute wait. I was looking at the restaurant and saw at least 10 tables open.The hostess then went to clean a booth sprayed it and then came back. Ok follow me sat us at the front in a table. So what was the point of having us wait 5 to 10 minutes for a table that you weren't going to seat guests.

This location is good for dining in. Do not!!! I REPEAT!!! DO NOT DOOR DASH FROM HERE!!! Waited over an hour for the food to leave the chilis. 2 drivers canceled from waiting so long. When the food finally arrived it was cold and soggy. They also forgot our sides and our sauces.
