After all it is Burger King. Stopped on the way through after business in Naperville. Typical Burger King. Employees were polite, apologized for the slow service. In all fairness it was 1:30pm. Just an FYI I'd stay away from the chicken nuggets. Burger was okay as well fries
Placed an online order 10 minutes before breakfast ended and they could not notify me before I got there that they could not fill or cancel the order. Ridiculous as this is not the first time this has happened. it happens in person as well, not to mention there's always something missing. Hands down worst BK in will county the one on Weber and Normantown Rd is just as bad. Save your time and money as it's a waste of both.
Fish sandwich made my son and I feel like our tongue was tingling. I hope we don't get sick.
If I could put no stars I would! The white lady on drive thru window that works around 12 noon she was extremely rude! She yelled at us “hold on!” When we were ordering our food ! Then when we pulled up in the window after she took our order she said a racist comment to us” i work with only Mexicans im the only white lady” she should be fired. We come here on our lunch breaks because it’s close to work never had an issue except with this lady. Very poor costumer service
I walked out because the place stank and was filthy.Update,1/29/2022.. my first meal out since having covid for 3 weeks. My hubby went to BK 340 N independence, Romeoville instead of the one on Normantown. Sad to say they gave him old cold burgers, stale buns, chicken tenders hard as rocks...I should have been specific on which location NOT TO GO TO. Your corporate should close you down as you are nasty disgusting and your employees are lazy.
Geri is amazing, she is always super friendly and gets your food your way right away. Always fresh. I continue to go as the staff is incredibly awesome, especially during this labor shortage.
Great service. Very clean place. Nice to notice.
No ketchup was kinda off for a fast food place. No hate just cant hand out top stars for a place being out of a major product
Food was good, lots of ice, fast service ?
Granted I don't stop here every day, but the last 5 times I've stopped here for breakfast over the past year they always tell me they are out of biscuits and only have croissants. It it happened once or twice I'd totally chalk it up as a fluke, but 5 times seems like you just don't make biscuits anymore and for some reason doesn't feel like removing it from the menu.
