Terrible bad food , bad serviceSon from Florida wanted to go with family So disappointed.He order 3 different flavors they just slopped them all on one little tin plate. All flavors mixedCouldn’t even get my loaded wedges of the paper they use $223 later so bad. Wasn’t worth it all all So sad
If I could take the one star away I would. I guess the one star can stand for the celery and carrots. The wings we recieved on a pick up order were so dry they were hard to even eat. we had to order 4 times the pico to get enough foe the chips rhey gave and was just cut up veges..really no taste. not a place to order from late at night!!
We had a very good experience, the restaurant was clean and our server was good with drink refills. The food also was served in a very reasonable amount of time and the order was 100% correct.
Great service from Gia Bondi. She was cleaning and so attentive. Whoever was shaking wings... great job. They were perfect. Nice manager.
Food is still good, however, the service has slipped. On several occasions I've picked up orders to get home to discover they didn't give me all the food I ordered & paid for (shown on receipt). Have had to go back to get the rest of my orders. If you're picking up food, verify that you have EVERYTHING before you leave!
Services was g8 !! Food was what you expect frm them. Atmosphere nice, screens in gd locations. Temperature was just right. I recommend this location.
Asked for boneless chicken wings, they repeated the order properly but when we got home neither of the boneless chicken wings were boneless. How hard is it to read what someone ordered? This is not the first time with them goofing up an order inside or takeout, hopefully it will be the last.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, me and my son’s favorite spot once a week. Adrian the supervisor has the best customer service skills there hands down.
