Ever since they got that NASTY strawberry frosty I haven’t been able to get a vanilla one to dip my fries in and it feels homophobic
This place is a joke they take forever because they are too busy getting high and nodding out at the window. They never have frosties. You can sit in line for 45 minutes and be at the order box on time they kept saying hold on wait a minute only to say sorry we're closed after making us wait over 5 minutes at the speaker smdh
I was there doing a pick up for a customer and soon as I told lashonta the order I was picking up she says "you have to cancel it.". I asked why and she said because they are out of milkshakes. I said "there's nothing you can do, the customer can't get there entire order because one item is out". She said "It has to be cancelled" and sent me on my way. Fortunately another person yelled out that they can get another drink of equal value. That option should have presented to me instead of trying to cancel the customer's order in the first place. Anyhow, the customer ended up getting a large soda instead of getting the milk shake. Fortunately someone else spoke up and the customer was able to have lunch.
Strawberry Frosty was really good. I enjoyed a Dave single and I love their salads they're the best I've had.
Wendy's food is Great...it just cost alot!!a lot!!! I can tell that Dave eats at his own restaurants. Not like Mc Donald's owners...the real beef taste at Wendy's is what makes me say I will drive the extra miles to pay more for Wendy's than settle for Nasty McDonald's that uses old grease to cook there burgers...Rockford McDonald's on Kiswakee and the one on 11th st. Employees are Bogus...they don't take pride in their jobs. McDonald's needs to hire better qualified candidates!!! I will never eat at neither 1 of them McDonald's again!!! Rockford you can do Better!!!
I got a chiken pecan salad with no blue cheese tonight, there was NO pecans and the chicken tasted funny
They got the order right but it was cold or just downright disgusting oh, I know I could have turned around in the Drive-Thru but I did not want to keep my daughter out any later than I had to
This location served legit raw chicken in 2 sandwiches and shorted food. We completed a survey last week Thursday, literally no one got back to us. My husband finally called the corporate office and whoever he spoke with was useless (didn’t take down any of his info correctly). Was told that a supervisor would call him in 10-15 mins, several hours went by without a call back, so we contacted the store directly on Tuesday). Someone claiming to be the store manager said they would look into it and call us back. Again; no call for several days. Finally called the store back today (Friday) and a man answered and said HE was the store manager, when my husband said he spoke to a woman who claimed to be the store manager he was transferred to said woman. She apologized and said her assistant manager was in the hospital (understandable but you had 3 days to get back to us) but jfc Wendy’s this was just the crappiest experience. No one seemed genuinely apologetic about the raw chicken either.
This Wendy's is on point every time I go! Food is always hot always fresh and never takes to long to get food to me. Employees are always polite and friendly . Never had a problem getting my ice cream either sorry McDonald's but I won't be visiting you anymore Wendy is my new girl now. ?
