I received coupons in the mail and decided to call for a delivery. I used a coupon for a 14 inch 3 topping pizza and 20 wings. When I placed the order, the person who answered the phone seemed to know that I was ordering the coupon special. The food was delivered on time and we began to eat. When the container of wings was empty I realized we did not get 20 wings. After adding what the 3 of us ate, we only got 10. I made the mistake of calling to complain. After arguing with 2 people fron Vinny's it was determined that I was the one who did not ask enough questions and was told I got what I paid for. I did not get what I paid for and because of this negative experience. I will never order from Vinny's again.
I waited over a year since my last order because of the terrible experience I had. Over two hour wait and apparently they didn’t give the driver my phone number. I call to order today and had the exact same issue. Over two hours and still no pizza and the excuse was yet again that the driver didn’t have my phone number.
The mozzarella sticks were still hard in the middle, and the Alfredo smelled and tasted like it had gone bad. We ended up throwing away half of our order.
This has to be one of the best pizzas I've ever had.Called ahead and got 2 tables for 16 guests in within 30 minutes. Waitress Staff was top notch. Very nice decor feels very comfy.
Normally we have no issues. The food is very good. Tonight, however, the service was terrible. I ordered pizza, two pasta meals, and an Italian beef. I was told 30 minutes. I got there a little early, left my wife and hungry grandkids in the car. They told me it would be just a few more minutes. Twenty minutes later they started telling people that several orders had been misplaced and would now take even more time. I asked and was told my meals were "under a warmer" while they finally made the pizza. An hour and a half later I got our food. When mentioned the overall timing and suggested they look into how to address the issue, one of the girls said, "It was super busy back there, mistakes were made, and we're human too. Take a free 2 liter, if you're that upset. I never yelled, and didn't take the 2 liter as it was not about free stuff, but rather good customer service, which did not happen this night.
The HURRICANE PIZZA SPECIAL they have is a deal.This is my second time ordering pizza from them and all I can say that is DELICIOUS.. My family and I are pizza lovers …we have tried pizza all over the Rockford area and by the far they are my favorite.
They have good food but the worse customer service ever. Called and placed the order over the phone, came to pick up and they say no order found. The girl was rude so I asked to speak to manager. He took care of the problem. However the girl was telling me to shut up and stop talking. Would not recommend this place to any one. Crazy how they allow their employees to talk to customer like that and no manners.
Stopped in for pizza, wanted to try them out. Nice place, nice atmosphere. Waitress was attentive, took drink order right away. Ordered our pizza and it was brought out in a very reasonable time. Ordered the thin crust, pizza was excellent! Rivals many of the 'best' in Rockford! I highly recommend trying Vinnie's! The menu showed several other dishes I'll have to try soon! Great experience! Thank you to the staff!
Food is really great!!! Depends on who answers the call for delivery. Hit or miss weather they will be either rude, not answer you or just hang up. At 8 o'clock to get someone rude and not give you the time of day really makes you think twice about ordering local over chain.
Pizza itself was good. Pizza was cold when delivered it was taken from the trunk of the vehicle so I don't know if it was in a heated bag but definitely needs to be it's cold outside and I know the trunk is colder than the inside of the car.
