Will never order from this pizza place ever again....sadly my family and I have continuously ordered from here but for some apparent reason their pizzas started getting smaller. 16" x-large with tiny slices for $23.80...asked for a refund and the manager flat out rudely said "I will not give you a refund because you got what you paid for"...no wonder this place of business is lacking in customers these days!Edited to Respond to owner: We never touched the pizza and pizza was still hot when call for refund was made. It's all good though have a great day!
They have great deals online. Saves money if u order through their app. They are usually always friendly and food is never wrong. My favorite pizza in town. I love the fact that they stay open late. I get off of work late and don't want to eat fast food all the time. This is a great option for me at night. Today we ordered some different things like pastas and wings and everything was delicious.Remember to tip you delivery ppl. They deserve it.
I always loved this place. I've been eating here for like 30 years but it seems like sometime after the move they fell off. It doesn't even taste the same and It's just average the last few times. I ordered my food at 10:36pm and didn't get it until almost 12:45 so it was soggy and barely warm. I thought they forgot about me so I has to call and ask what was up and the guy that answered wasn't rude but he wasn't helpful in any way he just said its on its way..sorry. I had ppl in my house sleeping and didn't want my ring cam going off and getting my dog barking so I waited in my garage from 11:30 until 12:45 so they didn't know on the door. I'll never eat here again. It's back to Marie's and John's I guess.
We ordered our drinks and the wine had soured. We were one of 4 people in the restraint and it took 45 min to bring our dinner. We ordered the Weiner schnitzel and pasta. the schnitzel was super over breaded and the pasta sauce had no flavor. Also please read comments. Most negative comments the owner has a snide remark. Oh and the pot smoking in the parking lot is their clientele.
Amazing food. Mostly friendly service and some of the nicest delivery guys. We always tip well for the ppl that come to our house so we don't have to go out. I've probably ordered 100 pizzas from here and out of all they only made 1 mistake and they gave me a credit for it. Pastas are great, portions are huge, and they have an endless selection. Anyone leaving a bad review probably only leave just that. I love giving good reviews where they are deserved. I'm a bartender and my expectations are higher than normal. My entire family loves Villa.
My name is Kelly and ordered a meatball sandwich and the meatballs were very nasty it was like mush n I couldn't eat the sandwich the sandwich had very little sauce n little meatballs n they were so mushy. I have ordered many times but never had a bad experience untill I tried to eat this sandwich my rest of the food was good never recommend the meatballs
The server had a attitude before we even sat down. Had a snippy attitude with us the whole time. Pizza and wings were good ? but the lasagna was not good. Also had 2 kids serving our table. Had to ask them to get her to get refills for us. Got charged for every single ranch guess none of the wings came with ranch cause they charged for them all we had a couple orders of wings. We won’t be eating there no more. Order out only for now on. But everyone else had got nice good service well the two other people who came in while we were there did. I wish I had got my receipt so that I can call and complain with my receipt. Because we almost walked out before we even order because of this one lady. And no kids cups which sucked majorly with us having a couple kids with us.
Excellent food at a good price.I recommend their pizza , pasta( can get ditalini here!) , and for sure their italian beef is possibly the best in town. Cant go wrong here
Third time I ordered from here and the third time I had a driver ask me for my credit card after I paid for it online and requested NO CONTACT DELIVERY and to call and NOT RING THE BELL. This hasn't happened once. This could be fun for mental midgets, however, I have better things to do than play chess with a pizza delivery driver. The driver that just showed up at 2pm was a complete a$$hole to say it lightly. I will never order from here again and I fed the pizza to my 2 doberman.ps. The pizza was like he held the box vertically for 5 minutes. pure joy
They weren't too busy, but it was a weeknight, and their delivery and takeout business seemed very busy. Our food and service were excellent. I had the baked cod, while my husband had a medium pizza. No complaints at all!
