Oh my gosh, the Italian beef (dipped, sweet, hot peppers and cheese), is so authentic and flavorful!!! I must admit, I live in the Phoenix Arizona area but came into town for Father's Day weekend to visit family. I immediately went to this restaurant after I left the airport!! I can't get a sandwich like this in the Phoenix area ?!! This is the best, hands down!!
Lunch today was delicious. We had Gyros and both types of fries.
ZERO STARS for this review. Just ordered from here and accidentally marked pick up instead of delivery. I called to change to delivery and was told they could not deliver since they have no driver. I asked them to cancel my order since I would not be able to pick it up. Was told they can’t cancel the order? SO, I JUST PAID FOR FOOD I’M NOT GETTING!! Total BS!!I order from your establishment frequently. The last three times before this I was missing ordered items. You WERE one one my favorite places to eat at. I realize I am not your only customer but, I will NEVER order from here again.
Very friendly servers. Clean tables. Updated pop machine. Was totally surprised by the size of the portions. Haven't eaten here in several months, but could not believe the food that was served. I know it's a result of trying to keep prices reasonable, but this meal was $11.00. It was hot and good. Just surprised of the size now compared to last year. Way smaller than I would have ever guessed.
We went through the drive thru 4/27/22 our order was Perfect!!! Our ticket #373 EVERYTHING we got was right on. And let me tell you my Gyro was BETTER than Uncle Nick's. And that is saying A Lot!!! Thank You Very Much ♥️
Decent food. But they are getting way out of hand with prices. 2 Hotdogs with drink will set you back $12. A Beef with Cheese Meal, easy $15+ depending on the add on's. Don't know what newer owner is trying to prove. Constantly adding new items to menu which is driving up prices on other items to compensate. But, people keep going back for more. I do go back occasionally, but not near as much as I used to due to there prices.
I wouldn't have even gave 1 star. I placed an order for a family member (and I live out of town) the guy that took my order seemed to busy to even take my order, then waited 2 hours and still not delivered. I called and the same man answered the phone and blamed it on a new driver. NOW going on 2 1/2 hours I called back and now I spoke to the manager and now they are remaking the food to have it delivered,and delivered to wrong address. Asked how long it would take the manager assured me 15 mins. 45 minutes passed and still NO ORDER. I called back and the manager wouldn't get on the phone. I would never recommend this restaurant and will NEVER spend my money there again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First off why are you asking me what I ordered if there was NO ONE ahead of me! (1st sign) Had to pull up to wait as normal…20min go by, nothing! Young guy finally comes out w/ SOMEONE else’s order? tell them my order again I guess he went in & didn’t even think about my order AGAIN! so I drove around to window & ask to be refunded of course he needs a manager to do so. This lady comes to work Dow with receipt and my card says “thank” and SLAMS window before I can even tell them how bad their service is. start hiring ppl that can PAY ATTENTION. fyi and to the manager YOUR LIPSTICK WAS UGLY ASF??? you were too?
They're customer service skills are outstanding. I am an occasional patron and they often will call to accurately confirm my order. The food is made in a promised and timely manner.
I moved away 8 years ago and haven't had a single Italian beef & sausage combo3 days back in town and Tom & Jerry's had me riding dirty
