I placed my order through a delivery service. I ordered 2combo meals of a sandwich, fries and drink. I added 2 more sandwiches and 2 more fries. The only thing they got right were the fries. All 4 sandwiches were made wrong and they did not send the drinks with the driver.

"You've never experienced burgers like these...'Yeah, you're right I haven't. Congrats. The whole experience was terrible. I ordered through DoorDash of course. To start things off my fries were soggy. Droopy to say the least. My burger was cool. None of the extra ingredients like tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, nor onions were added to my order. Which I made a point to include. I mean, come on, I'm not a savage. The side of chipotle Mayo that I requested specifically so that it wouldn't sod up my burger was also neglected which I did indeed pay for. But alas it wouldn't have made a difference. The bun was flat as a pancake and sodden with grease. The patty itself was too over cooked. Even the soda was watered down from sitting around for so long. Point is, they operate out of Smokey Bones and it seems to me that they have enough on their hands with that business. I will not be returning and I strongly encourage others who are reading this to follow suite unless you would like your "meal" to be met with the same fate.
Worst burger experience ever!! Neither burger had the items on there that were supposed to have. It’s like they have been sitting all day. These taste like frozen patties. Fries were mushy! Fountain drink was the best thing. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Yuck!! Overpriced food! Never again!
I placed an order online and had it delivered. They forgot half of my order and than when you call to get the rest of your order, it doesn’t allow you to talk to someone, only to leave a message and than when you select the option to leave a voicemail for a manager, it states that the mailbox is full and you can’t even leave a message. I will never order from this place again!!!!!
I’m From Mississippi and visiting Rockford,Il So I decided to try different restaurants when I Tell You THIS WAS THE WORST BURGER I EVER HAD IN MY 25 years of living the meat was frozen Fake meat u get in a box , it advertised some sort of sauce no sauce was on it it was flat as a pancake the fries were cold and nasty I could’ve made a better meal at home if I could give no stars I would DONT EVER EVER EVER EVER EAT FROM THIS PLACE?
Very bad food You could have gotten a better cheeseburger at McDonald’s it would’ve had at least more flavor sorry this was not the burger experience anybody was ever looking for please stop making burgers do something else with life
