Never eat at this location again. Food made my daughters stomach hurt as well as mine. Over all clean

Terrible service. No one wanted to wait on the counter. Employees arguing with each other. Angry employees. Not a good atmosphere! On top of that my food was wrong. Terrible! Had to go to Mcds’s!

Ordered a Crunchwrap supreme. It was almost empty. The majority was just the wrap and taco, barely any meet or lettuce. So disappointed. Miss when they used to load them up. Had this problem in Louisiana recently too. Thought it was just the one location, but it may just be a Taco Bell thing now :(

Worst customer service. The employees seem to be all be so stressed and mad at customers for no fault of customers. Worst role model is the manager. God forbid you dont know while they yell out your order that dlt nc is dorito locos tacos your in for some sarcasm from the manager. I mean seriously?? If you are so intolerant and impatient why work in a job like this?? Never again visit this branch.

I grew up with Taco Bell! The sweet girl at this one kept having to apologize for not having the stuff for a particular freeze drink thing and the flaming hot ranch dorito tacos.. she was sooo apologetic but we totally understand !! Not your fault if ya run out of the good stuff ? we dined in, it was super clean! Great job staff!

I just walked in front doors and workers behind cooking counter and the female at drive threw windows observed me and said nothing to me. No greeting, nothing. I stood up front for about two minutes or a little longer. That’s 120seconds that’s a long time standing not being recognized as in training all customers are to be greeted upon entering establishment. No one asked me a thing more walked towards the front counter to help at all. Note: where is managers or assistant manager? I turned around and left the facility angry and hungry. 02/03/2022 around maybe 1:15-1:20pm ish.Why, do any of these people have jobs, including managers? I guess jobs are a dime a dozen with no respect towards customers at all. The business is there to make money and you lost money today. If you as employees so worried about drive three customers and not front counter customers, THINK. The drivers are in line because they are to lazy to come in and they will wait. The customer that walks in should be addressed asap. All customers should be recognized don’t get me wrong but this is a broken big box location. What makes me want to come back after this. Better yet no one will ever contact me or respond to this correctly to try and rectify this major issue.

This Taco Bell looks very promising from the exterior. However, I stopped by for a late night snack and the drive through was packed! After waiting in line for at least 20 minutes with only one car moving up, I decided that Taco Bell was not worth that long of a wait. Wendy’s is 10 times better and they get you in and out 5 minutes flat.

Ann was amazing. Andrea got my order & it was spot on. Great customer service Ann! Thank you for making my experience that much better.
