Our order was missing items and the food was prepared wrong. We were very nice when we pointed out the mistake. We all make mistakes no big deal.They angrily remade the food and were extremely rude the whole time. I don't plan on ever going back to that location.
This specific taco bell always gets my order wrong. They will charge for chicken but make the order with beef. They always leave something out that you ordered. I have never gotten a complete order from here. Sometimes I get something completely different than what I asked for in addition to some of the things that I did. It's usually not that busy, but you still wait in the drive thru for a while before they take your order. The pleasantries of staff depend on who is at the window, sometimes pleasant, sometimes straight up rude. The food is usually hot and tastes decent; if you don't mind that the ingredients don't match what you ordered.

If you're in a hurry do NOT come to this one,take the time to travel to a different location.They are literally they SLOWEST "fast" food place in the entire city

Food is typical for Taco Bell. Service here is better than it used to be. Orders are filled correctly and timely now.
