Eveytime we go to this location, my husband and I have problems. We always order for a mobile pickup but we end up waiting longer than the customers who order at the speaker.It's not fast at all. We went there last night and it was the worst. We ordered through the app for a mobile pickup like usual. We get to the window and they tell us to pull around. So we do, we're sitting in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes. The lady comes out with a bag but we try to tell her that's not all our food. She proceeds to tell us that it is. Sure enough we check it and it's not our order.We were missing like 4 items from our order. We try to go up to the door but they won't help us. They tell us to go back in line which is now like 5-6 cars. We pull up to the speaker and tell the lady that we're missing items from our order. She gets someone else for us to talk to because apparently it's too difficult to figure out how to help us. So we tell the guy what we're missing and he tells us that he made everything and to hold on. He talks to the staff and tells us to pull up to the window. When we pull up to the window, they take our order back and tell is to pull back around to the mobile pickup lane. So here we are waiting for another 10 minutes waiting for our food that we ordered like 20 minutes ago now. So the same lady brings out our food . We check it and it's still not right but I'm so tired and our kids are getting fussy in the back seat, I didn't care anymore. But I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint.
Why ask me what i want if you dont give me what i want and payed for!!!!!!!!!! Two supreme tacos is not that hard !!
This taco bell is clean and each item has it's own flavor unlike 11th. St. Where it all tastes the same , worth the drive to auburn st. Clean , fast , friendly
Food was ok but we had extra onions on one and it didn't have the onions. Food was in wrong boxes. Pop tasted funny.
Some of my food was cold and I requested everything hot ...Several times this happen...next if it's not like I ordered, I'm no longer going to taco bell, Probably not going to affect them .... I've been back , no change I had them remake my food, if I ask at Window made to order I'll wait but it does happen... Next step will be Higher level

They are trying their best. Understaffed. Bathrooms are clean but lacked soap and other things.Ice tea wasnt properly made.I don't fault the staff, they were interviewing someone during my visit and when I ordered it was a pleasant experience and the food was made correctly.Whoever hires for this taco bell needs to create stronger incentives to work there.
