Fast service with an exceptionally kind employee!
Hard workers, usually under staffed but good food and a convenient location
Customer service was great. Only one person was working when I went there. She was very nice and friendly!
Mediocre at best has really been on rhe decline
Sandwich was good, people were nice, but gave me diarrhea like 20 minutes after :(
I'm not a super fan of Subway but the 1 crew person holding down the restaurant tonight did a Rockstar job! Nice and pleasant with the ability to help multiple people at once. To my surprise he even apologized for... wait for it.... he apologized for not cutting my footlong in perfect halves :) "I'm sorry the two sandwiches aren't quite equal in size" . My suggestion to the owner or manager of this Subway is- keep this kid employed!!
This Subway was horrible, I wanted a salad. The lettuce was so old it looked dirty. I asked if the had some fresher lettuce the lady said "no, that's all we have". I told her thank you, turned around and got to stepping. I can't understand these people in the customer service industry. Why should I pay $11 for a salad with dirty looking lettuce, too soft tomatoes, ect. That's not cheap for salad, and I strongly believe in getting what you play for...
Worst customer service. You go in simply wanting to buy something and it’s an issue for them to make it for you. Is that not your job???? This subway needs to check their employees. Girl with the purple hair is incredibly RUDE.
The bowl was good it was clean but the girl was rude...I had to ring the bell rang it twice cause I wasn't sure if it was heard the first time...when she said I heard you rudely I apologized twice...even asked if her day was going good, no response so I responded and said it doesn't seem like it's going well....still no response...I talked about how nice it was outside she muttered oh yea...asked for extra cheese on my protein bowl she acted like she didn't even want to give me that! When I payed I said I hope your day gets better!! Not sure what her deal was if you don't like people ringing the bell get a door chime...maybe it wasn't that at all but sheesh when you deal with the public act accordingly or find a new job
This location is way too lax about their mask policy. I didn't feel comfortable eating the sandwich that was prepared for me.
