Very unprofessional. When I called to ask if I placed an order at there store one worker got an attitude saying there’s no order here she better make sure which location .. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless if you want an smart attitude given to you
Overhead the owner tell the pest control guy he wasnt paying him, he was very rude and nasty with him, would not recommend this location based on how the owner talked to that man
THEY DON'T HONOR COUPONS MAILED OUT TO ENTIRE CITY OF ROCKFORD, only a small posting near the menu board that you won't notice until you present your coupon informs you.
I went here because it's close to where I worked and I had a coupon for a 12" sandwich for $5.99. They don't accept coupons so my sandwich cost me $10.95. I will never stop at this fast food joint again.
a very bad service the 2 people who prepare the sandwiches with a very despotic aptitude you say what you want in the sandwich and they put everything wrong and without the ingredients you asked for the truth I will not come to this store again and I do not recommend it at all and the bathrooms super dirty too
Always great service when I come here..Always so friendly and always service with ?.Nomatter how busy it is for lunch the young ladies get them in and get them out..Great Job!!
At 8:20 p.m., as soon as I pulled into a parking spot, the person working lock the door, and when I knocked to ask why they're closed early, they just gave me a nasty look and shoot me away. Like what?
Fresh bread was delishious. The meatballs seemed lukewarm. I added white american Cheese, provolone and parmesan cheese. They had enough employees but it seemed as only one person was doing the work of all three of them.
Horrible customer service. Order online, app said sandwich ready for pick up, go pick up no sandwiches. Person work there, She said 10 minutes, so I waited in store. As she continue do other people sandwich I ask when she do my 3 sandwiches. She said she do online order last. I said I was here before all these people that just walk in. If I was to get in line order than shouldn't you do my sandwich first? (So I don't know if race play a card. I'm Asian while other is white in line.) Make no sense if you order online or in person as I was there before other. Asked for refund and left. Waste my time and gas to drive there.
Staff especially Robin was awesome! She was really nice and answered any questions i had. We were in and out even during dinner rush
