Went to this location and no one was in the restaurant, but she was working on a order. I understand she was working on a order but she did not acknowledge I was there. She made sure she did not make eye contact. Customer Service was very bad today. I just left.
Don’t know how to use the register and doesn’t accept the app
This is my 3rd complaint. I have been a customer over 10 years. The owner knows I work for a school nearby. He is very very cheap. He reprimand's any employee for giving me to much lettuce on my salad. When I walk in his employees tells me they can only give me a little lettuce. Lettuce is the cheapest thing in the store it has no nutritional value. Either way what happened to having it my way. Why can't I pay extra for lettuce like I pay extra for tuna. It is also, very cold in the winter time I cannot eat there. He monitor's his thermostat from home. His staff is so cold they wear coats every winter. He has never tried to solve the issue on none of my complaints
Did a mobile order. They had my food ready before the app said it would be ready.
Everything was good I appreciate that but its hot inside there it will be better if they had the AC on thxs
I went today to subway everything was alright but it was hot in there.
The two ladies who served me there were a pure joy!
I work here and have for 2 yrs its great and love the people
