lady employee didn't change gloves or wash her hands after using the cash register and dealing with cash/change etc. Coughed twice into her unchanged glove while preparing sandwich. Major health code violations going on here. I suggest retraining employees on proper sanitation procedures.
THEY DON'T HONOR COUPONS! Subway coupons mailed out all over Rockford ate honored, but not here or on S. 11th St. Avoid those two.
It was great I love it.
The staff here is friendly and has been very nice to everyone I've seen who has come in. The food is good and I will go back whenever I need lunch. I'm looking forward to my next lunch here.
I hat an Italian BMT. It was excellent. I had the Herb and Cheese bread. I added provolone and white american cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, cucumbers and topped wi with honey mustard. The staff was courteous, patient and very helpful.

I was shocked to see how, how high the price of a foot long meatball sandwich was. Just a plain meatball was $9.00 dollars.I can go get a hot meal at Dennys for $11.00 dollars.prices have really gone up.

They just fired an employee that was held at gunpoint and was robbed. She defended the store and you fire her? The store manager is trash and I hope his store never finds any new employees.
Ordered ahead. Getting into this place is a challenge if you are coming from Charles. The exterior of the building needs some work. Food was already prepared. Tasted well.
