Starbucks on south alpine in Rockford is the best!!! ☕️?The food, The baristas are just awesome. Great great people ?? ??♂️??♀️??♂️.I get my favorite drinks at this place and the wait time is reasonable. Highly recommended.And by the way Starbucks app?is astounding.
Waited 15 min for my drink and customers behind me received their drink order before I did. When I did receive my order there was no apology for the additional wait time and no thank you. I thought the store was rude.
Prices are more higher, I don’t know when they are going to stop. I can’t afford it, I can’t come until the prices change like in the past. Otherwise that was my last visit. Besides that, the coffee was great.
Went thru the drive through on my way out of town. The menu doesn't show what's in the drinks anymore so I have a difficult time when I want to try something different. I asked for an iced Expresso with vanilla flavor. The girl was SOOO rude!! She asked if I wanted her to take out the regular syrup...I have no idea what that meant so I asked is that's what she recommended, apologize and say I just would like something iced with Expresso and vanilla flavor. So she puts an oatmilk something on the order screen. I say I didn't order oat milk. So I repeat, I just want iced vanilla something with Expresso....I end up with the iced Expresso... Think it's all good, when I get to the window sure walks away and had some one else finish my order. I again apologize and asked the very nice young man if I ordered incorrectly. He said no, he would've suggested a latte or another drink for me.... He was very nice.... He said he is used to people asking for recommendations. Ms thing with the multicolored hair( didn't catch her name) didn't need to be so rude. Starbucks could go back to the more user friendly menu!!
The staff was friendly and fast. I had a couple questions about the menu and they weren't rushy and they were knowledgeable. They didn't have the tea that I wanted but they suggested a different tea for me to try. I appreciate little things like that. Good job.
This has to be the worst Starbucks in town. Ultimately it’s a Starbucks, but expect your drinks to be wrong often and to get attitude when you ask them to fix it. Drive through is painfully slow too, probably because of all the incorrect orders.
Love the Summer cups from last year, hoping to get more! They "color changed" with cold and each cup had a matching lid and straw. They were awesome! Kept them in the freezer and everyone got their own cup, lol.
I love that they have alternative options for people lactose intolerant. The mocha cookie crumble is my favorite, i love it and the staff is always so friendly.
Wish this place had hotter coffee and was quicker. Do not comprehend the wait when so many people work here. I only want a pike, nothing fancy. Very friendly but I am taking my business to Culver’s for a hot coffee, surprisingly good and always consistent (and cheaper to boot). Wait time is better too.
Grabbed a Frappuccino today. Staff was pleasant and service was quick. The drink was pretty good, and was even better because I got a gift card that made it nearly free! Not a huge coffee drinker, so probably won't be a frequent customer, but maybe I'll stop by occasionally for a sweet treat.
