Quick Delivery and enough food for 2 people... it had been over 3 years since I had eaten at Sam's.... this evening uber eats canceled my order so I looked elsewhere.... fortunately, Sam's was open and the young man who answered the phone was very patient and helpful... i ordered the fried cod meal plus a side of breaded cauliflower... and two bottles of water.... I was told it would be an hour.... however, it seemed like 15 minutes... I was totally surprised.... the delivery man... I think his name was John was very cool... i really appreciate the service more then anything... however the meal was awesome... all hot and well packed... the salad was crisp... thanks guys!!!!
The food and service has always been spectacular. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because last night we ordered a stuffed pizza which we were under the impression it came with cheese on top. We have ordered this exact pizza with the same VERBATIM 2-3 times now and haven’t had any issues.We received the pizza and it had sauce on top instead of in the middle. When we called to inform the staff that the pizza we ordered was incorrect, we basically were told that we were in the wrong. No solution was offered to fix the pizza and I thought that was a little weird.I’m not going to hold it against them or anything, I will definitely re-order. I just wish it was corrected when we called in to make them aware of the situation.Again, I’ll still order because they’ve always had great customer service and food! However, yesterday was a little odd
I order from this restaurant all of the time and I usually get excellent customer service. The guy who answered the phone told me that they don't deliver to my area (which is untrue, they deliver to me all of the time) Once someone else clarified that they do deliver in my area he then he insulted me by saying that I live in the projects. Which I don't. That decided not to even place an order. They've definitely lost a customer tonight.
Never have a problem with this restaurant until one particular guy answers the phone. Everyone else will take my order and deliver but he always says we not delivering in that area. Really making me not wanting to order from here anymore..He's making this establishment look very bad... Poor customer service??
MY FOOD WAS NEVER DELIVERED. After waiting over for 4 hours, I had to call multiple times to check on the status of delivery, was told no manager on duty and that they were short staffed- I ordered my food at 5pm and by 10 I demanded a refund because my food still wasn’t delivered- was told they couldn’t refund because the delivery driver already left with my order- but they never showed! I of course called again after waiting a full hour after being told the delivery driver had my order to see how I can be compensated for waiting 6 hours plus for food that shouldn’t have taken no more than 2 hours to deliver based on weather conditions- I was told a $5 credit can be issued towards my next purchase and not to my debit card and i of course DECLINED. This was my first and LAST time ever ordering from this location.
Just had Philly meat sandwich delivered to my husband he can't stop talking about how good it was. I had Italian beef equally good big thumbs up ??
We ordered online and it arrived promptly. It was good pizza. I would have liked to see more cheese as it was very thin in spots. I would have liked to see a bit more ingredient/quality for the price.
I have ordered from this restaurant for years and haven’t always received amazing customer service but have never once complained. Tonight was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I was hung up on by Raj the “manager” after he got frustrated with himself for not knowing the menu. I’m glad to know business is going that well you can disrespect a long standing regular customer.
Good pizza but seriously is this how you cut pizza with half toppings? (I recut their lines to make it more visible)
This is not worth the price!!! It was over $11 with added cheese and i would hate to see it without the added cheese, for the size of this they Should not charge what they do and to top it off it was cold
