Great pizza! We were in Rockford at Flow and I had been hearing about it on Tiger Belly podcast. So, we stopped. Drove back to Janesville and it was still nice and hot. We had the crustless pepperoni deep dish.
I placed an ordered tonight on their website. I never received a confirmation email but the money was taken out of my account. I called them they said they didn’t receive my order so I had over $60 taken from my account and they can do nothing about it!!!!! This is horrible customer service! Taking money from people and not giving them their food!
The deep dish pizza is so good, my favorite is the spinach mix with sausage. Curbside is sometimes difficult as it is a busy place and only two spots, I think. But it is easy to go inside to get it instead. I am sad there isn't a location on the north side of Rockford / Machesney Park (hint hint).
On November 14th I ordered pizza through GrubHub. 40 minutes after the expected arrival time, no food. I called the restaurant and the girl told me they couldn't find my order. Several minutes later she found it and told me the delivery driver was backed up and he should be there within 20 minutes. Ok, I understand. Another 40 minutes pass, still no food. I call and the other girl answering the phone told me I don't know what happened but your order was never processed. The manager gets on the phone. Apologizes offers to send me several gift certificates for a few free meals to make up for this inconvenience. It's been over 2 months, I still have not received the gift certificates. I've tried calling and it's always busy and it's always busy. Very unhappy.
This was the BEST Pizza I have EVER eaten. Man was it good and tasty. Will visit again soon.
I ordered a pizza online, the website said to pick it up at 6:05 and that it would be delivered curbside so to wait in my car. I arrived at 6:05 and waited in the parking spot for 20 minutes with no one coming outside, so I went in to the store where no one was attending the front. I waited up front for 10 minutes and heard employees in the back talking about turning off the phones because they were tired of answering them! I finally called out and someone came to greet me, I asked for my order and waited ANOTHER 10 minutes before it was finally brought out!!! At this point it was 40 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready, and I live 30 minutes from the location so I started my drive home and called the location to privately speak to a manager. I was put on hold by an employee for 20 minutes and finally gave up. Absolutely horrible customer service and lazy employees, will not be ordering from them again.
I've only ordered one pizza from this store, but I did not like the sauce on it at all. The crust and toppings were much better, but I won't be buying from them again.
Just got a pizza from here. I ordered extra sauce and requested to have the sausage pieces instead of the sheet of sausage. Got home after they closed and the pizza had very little sauce and a sheet of sausage. It was gross
Friendly staff and the best deep dish you can get outside of the city
They have the best deep dish around. They now have gluten free deep dish!!! That makes me really happy. They used to only have gluten free in thin crust. I was over the moon when they added gluten free deep dish to their menu. I just wish the Rockford location had a sit down restaurant.
