Slow slow slow slow soooooo slow. Love the food but hate the service enough that it influences my decision about eating there. It comes down to do I want it bad enough to endure the experience. I'll probably doordash in future but I'll have to tip big because I see dashers waiting 30+ minutes for orders too so they can't be making any money delivering people their Popeyes!!!!
Decent food had a little problem with my order but was corrected without any issues the lady that works at this particular place is a very hard worker and friendly
Sat in the drive threw for least 30 min.... Place was dead one car ahead of me. Got told to wait to order .that's fine I'll wait but not that long with only one person in front of me.l, wile the lady in the window is hanging out her window talking to the person in the car front of me. Got my food finally and the guy that gave me my food just threw it all in the bag. Yup some of the stuff spilled in the bag gravy n coleslaw. Waste....
Never in my life did I have to pull in one way and pull back out into the street to pull back in another way for my food. Some of my chicken was raw, asked for mashed potatoes I which I got fries instead and coleslaw sucked. I will not eat here again
For having a dual drive thru, the staff is not equipped to handle it. I drove 30 minutes after ordering my order of $47 online. I went to the right speaker for the obvious reasons to be handed my food instead of reaching through the car. I was told at the speaker to drive back around and go in the other lane. Keep in mind I had to wait for the car in front of me before I could go around the the building. When I finally got to the other side there was another car in front of me. At this time I have now been in the drive thru for 15 minutes. After that car pulls off, I was then asked if the order was for me. I waited another 20 minutes before I got my food. As I waited for my food they continued to take orders and push them through the other drive thru lane. Since when are the orders not completed in the order they came and does it really take 30 minutes to fry some chicken. When I finally got my food, they handed me a lemonade with the lid coming off, forgot my sauces and gave me a ripped bag. After checking my food, the boxes with chicken were soaked with grease. There was a open sauce all over the bag. The fries were soggy like they had been sitting for a half an hour. Why is the pride in any staff this day non existent??
I went to the drive throw. Lady was really nice an said sorry about the Waite!! Not sure her name. Best Service there since I been going!!!!
Excellent customer service I arrived about 5 minutes before closing time and the lady at the window was extremely nice and Pleasant even though there were pretty much closed
Been here a few times recently and each time they take no less than 30 minutes for EVERYBODY'S order. Ridiculous. Do better.
It took over 30 minutes to get our food and it was cold. They also said when I got to the window, that they just ran out of the food that we ordered.
Terrible. After waiting for 30+ minutes in the drive-through I received whatever they felt like giving me and even that was cold. I was way too tired for a confrontation so I went home and literally tossed that garbage in the garbage.
