I just ordered from this PizzaHut on alpine ¬ only did I pay over the phonethey never brung me my food &told me when I called they left it on the porcH got cameras toprove they never did &they lady thats works there was rude an didn’t refund me I ask for her name she would not give it to me told me she was the manager at all the store locations then hung up on me again
Sam is awesome. This was the third pizza place that I called to order pizza for my middle school students. Papa Johns and other Pizza Hut locations were incredibly rude to me when I placed my order. They said they did not have enough dough or there was not a delivery person. Sam answered and saved the day. She is making the pizzas and delivering them for lunch. Thank you Sam for working hard. My students and I really appreciate you and your strong work ethic. I will be a customer for life.
We order two pizza's breadsticks and cheesesticks. They managed to make one wrong and we didn't recieve the second. Called multiple time to have them fix theyre mistake and they're refusing to answer the phone. Called the hotline only to be transfered back to the store that won't answer.
I couldn’t even place an order they hung up on me twice and the second time I guess the employee forgot to actually put me on hold because I heard them and another employee talking about me being on hold and one of them said “just hang up”
They are amazing . Got my pizza in less thank 30 mins .
Delivery was quick and the food was hot! The freshness of the food is the most important thing for my family, and we were not disappointed. I will for sure be ordering again. Thank you
Order was accurate. Pizza was ready when it was supposed to be. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
I ordered at 8:25 and it’s currently 10:35 and nothing from my delivery. No call or nothing.Also there’s no way to contact the store. When I called the machine had me on wait and just keeps hanging up on me. I called 12 times and nothing.

It took 3 deliveries to get my order. First the original driver parked up the street and walked to my house why I don’t know so the food was Luke warm. Then I noticed he forgot a pizza. I called and asked for a refund of the $7 pizza that they forgot and was told no. Then I was told they were to busy to deliver my pizza that they forgot and offered a credit. That was unacceptable. I became irate then they agreed to deliver my pizza telling me it would take an hour. The second attempt was the wrong pizza. So i called and complained again and they agreed to come out again. Finally got the third pizza but by that time we had already ate something else so it went in the trash.I am highly dissatisfiedPlease also note I asked to speak to the manager and jerk who was on the phone said the manager was to busy to talk. A manager should never be to busy to talk to an upset customer.
