Well I solemnly swear never ever will I put this garbage in my mouth hole again. Pizza hut is by far theee worst pizza fast food change and that's not saying alot actually because there all pretty nasty, but the hut takes the crown. To bad my tax dollars probably keep this place from going bankrupt. Anywho eat the hut at your own risk you've been warned.
Delivery said out at 835 didn’t arrive till 930. Was told I had 4 orders ahead of me. Pizza arrived cold & soggy. Box was wet & ripped?
One of the workers was running out the kitchen when I walked in saying "no no no no I can't do this." Then they started "discreetly" talking about them having mice. When I asked they said they're not allowed to say but one also blamed the weather & promised they don't get near the food. Needless to say I got a refund before I even got my food!
I always order from here because the pizza is great and the delivery service is great, but yesterday a new driver delivered my pizza and as I watched her get out of the car, she tripped over my pizza and I didn't think it would do any damage to it but when I opened it up and the pizza was all smashed together on one side. It looked like almost like I ordered a pepperoni P'Zone or a CALZONY PEPPERONI from Little Caesars haha.
Wish I could give negative stars worst Pizza Hut hands down I see this one going out of business soon like the bk and kfc over here never have I been talked to like that food was trash
The lady who took my order over the phone didn't waste time ..she took my order gave me a price and a time it would be ready and when I got there it was ready.
Burnt crust but realized I think I like burnt stuffed crust. So keep on toastin'! I called back to leave tip for driver as it wasn't on my receipt. The out of country customer service was odd but they said they would add the tip on there. Sorry driver you were probably bummed but there's a $7 tip on there
I order Cherry Pepsi, and received Pepsi. Other that the Order was great. I didn't even notice until the Driver was gone...
First they forgot our buffalo chicken then Our buffalo chicken was under cooked and inedible. The pasta was so dry and had no flavor. The two cheese pizzas and bacon were yummy but the stuff crust was under cooked and doey. The cinnamon sticks were over cooked.
