Worst customer service I ever had. They delivered my pizza not at my door. They told me someone opened the door and took it. They never called me but had my number in their system I found my pop and pizza laying in the hallway the sad part is I order dominoes pizza and they came up to my door and walked over your pizza and when he walked out the door he heard me say I would never order from you ever again and laughed walking down the stairs.
I like to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt... I waited a hour and a half then called repeatedly to cancel my delivery order.. it was marked out for delivery 15 minutes after I placed it online which I found odd... I called this place 5 times before anyone would pick up..almost 2 hours later . I was finally able to cancel it... 15 minutes after I was able to cancel and order from somewhere else.. the delivery driver shows up with my order ... what the h!ll is going on here !!!!!
I called to order they said they don't deliver to my location so I downloaded the app to order that way and turns out that N.main location was the only place so I ordered my food then I called back to tell them they lied the guy got mad then I waited over an hour for my food to get to me the crust on the pizza was sour to the taste I called back they said there's nothing they can do for me the cheese sticks was hard and now me and my fiance both have food poison I will never eat pizza hut again i don't know if the employees care for the customer service but they need to learn how to treat people better.
The customer service here is absolutely horrible. They ignore customers then when you call to speak to a manager they hang up on you. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere I recommend you do so as well.
Was in process of being hired for driver, was told over and over it's 12 a hour, I get there to do my sign on paperwork and learning center stuff and they told me "drivers make $7.20 a hour, but you keep tips and are reimbursed mileage" "in store workers make $12 a hour" I'm not ok with that, it's not the minimum wage houly, so workers beware. Bait and switch for drivers.
I ordered through the app and I ordered my pizza with NO sauce. I got it with sauce. I called and the young girl who answered told me that "pizza comes with sauce" in a snotty tone. I told her NOT if I ordered it without! She put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then someone else finished helping me. Not professional at all.
Pizza hut uses only fresh ingredients on their pizzas. They also have the best fries I have ever eaten from a fast food place.
Service was fast and friendly. Received two pan pizzas when one was supposed to be thick crust. Toppings seemed pretty light too
The food is good and the employees are amazing. I've dealt with Logan, Lewis, Brayden, and Ethan and they are all so friendly and helpful. The delivery driver Tasha is outstanding at her job. They are always top tier and do their very best to help every way they can
The order was correct, exactly as I ordered it. It was hot and ready when I went to pick it up. I also felt it was a good value for the price I paid.
