Ordered at 4pm for my daughter's 10th birthday. At 5:37, Steve called me stating they didn't know what happened, repeatedly put me on hold. I wIted 20 minutes on hold before I was told my pizza was delivered somewhere else. They did not k own where the driver was. After keeping from my guests for over 20 minutes I repeatedly asked Steve to talk to a manager, each time Steve refused to let me talk to his manager saying she was too busy for me. I demanded, the manager contact me. No effort was made to make the situation right. I finally got my pizzaat 6:37. Very disappointing! This Papa John's has no respect for their customers, never go there.

We ordered 2 pizzas and never showed up. Called an hour later to find out where our pizzes were and the now it's 10:21 and won't be here for another hour. I can't believe my mother is still ordering the pizza. I have to get my children to bed.

I always pick Papa John's over any one and they were right on time and when I called to have the put happy birthday for my kid they did and she loved it that.ks papa's John

Horrible experience tonight. Ordered food thru the app. Door dash driver brings food but no soda. When asked, he responds with “sorry not my problem”. So I call the manager and he says “sorry I’ll have it right out to you and I’ll send free garlic knots with it”. At this point i was annoyed but thought it would be ok… 45 minutes later I call back and the manager (a different one) says “I don’t know why he would promise that. We don’t have a driver to send anything. The best I can do is a credit.” I ask for a refund but am told it’s not possible. At this point I am beyond pissed and they just don’t care. I was lied to and disrespected multiple times in one night. I deserve a little common decency and that clearly isn’t an option. Would not recommend this restaurant until they get their stuff together. PS - had MAJOR issues in the past with door dash drivers. My food is consistently wrong, slow, cold, and one time it was dropped on my neighbors door step and left. UPDATE!! Complained about not getting soda and was offered free garlic knots at 8:51. At 10:16 the driver walked up to my door with cold hard garlic knots….. AND NO SODA….. wow…….

We called to order and got some answering service. We couldn't understand the really thick east Indian accent. We asked to be connected to the local restaurant. The local restaurant refused to take our order. We like dealing with local people. Sooo. We called Sam's a local place. We will never order from a call center where you never know who is taking our personal information and doing who knows what with it.

My cheese sticks were fresh and on time. Loving using the app to order ahead of time ?

Over 20 minutes late on a timed order. What use is that function? Needs a major overhaul or to be shut down this place has gone to hell over the last two years in way too many ways.

Called to check on my application through indeed and ask some questions....hiring manager stated "minimum wage" when I asked for detailed rate of pay....real snotty and short. I'll take my experience elsewhere. Corporate needs to teach their managers CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.....YOU WORK WITH DINERS EVERYDAY, NO NEED TO BE RUDE....YOU COST YOUR EMPLOYER MONEY WHEN POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES WALK AWAY DUE TO YOUR INCOMPETENCE AND ATTITUDE.

Terrible customer service, multi hour delivery times even in their slow period, can not make a timed order to save their life, food quality steadily declining. Not worth the prices, hell not even worth the specials prices anymore with the current quality.

Thank you for delivering to our son's birthday party on time. I have been to other parties where the delivery is late and pizza is cold. The pizza was warm and kids loved it! Plus, they delivered on time to a group of hungry kids.
