Great food, mostly cool staff
I hate Panda Express. However, this one in Rockford really set a high standard. I only eat here for good reasons.
They were out of the shrimp due to supply chain issues sadly, but the staff was amazing.
I arrived at 8:15. I waited in line for over 15 minutes. When I got up to the front they barely had any dishes because they said they stopped cooking at 8:30. I was there before 8:30 so I couldn't understand why there was no food. such a disappointment like always. this is not the first second or third time at this point I am done with Panda Express you all really need to get it together.
Much improved since last time. Early evening, all trays were full, staff ready to take orders. Dining room needed a little attention but overall it was much better than a few months ago.
They’ve been raising the prices and giving less food, looks like you’re paying more for less. I don’t recommend it cause you will not be satisfied.
Yum! Delicious! Mushroom chicken with veggies. Hot, fresh entrees. Spring rolls piping hot and ready to eat.
I really like the orange chicken and ramen. I am now eating healthier and haven't ate fast food in awhile. I really enjoyed the tray for orange chicken and ramen with the chopped up sides in the ramen while it lasted. I like their other entrees and think they taste good as a Chinese restaurant. Orders weren't wrong much at all from what I remember!
They are normally better but the last 2 times I’ve had lots of nasty dark meat chicken and they use more cabbage than actual noodles witch no one wants
The were running low on some stuff but I think that just means the business is running well. Food was good as always, and service is always nice and professional.
