I usually really enjoy this location and the food but I recently went to pick up my mobile order 8 MINUTES early and the manager (who I’m assuming because she was wearing a different color shirt than the rest) aggressively started making my food while throwing me ugly looks the entire time. That is weird business, man.Please look into better staff or better training.
The food is alright, but that’s if they have it. So many times they been out of one thing or another and they can’t refund (ordered ahead on the app) because there’s no manager or assistant manager in the store so you’re just SOL.
I’d give it 5 stars cause it’s far superior to chipotle, however they are constantly running out of chips and tortilla shells. How can you possibly run out of shells at a burrito joint? The queso cups are now tiny as well with saran wrap over them with no lids. I figure it has to do with management at this location because as a chain how would this be up to par with corporate expectations of quality. If they start adding lids to the queso and stocking on burrito shells I’ll give a 5 stars but until then, one star!
Open up a Pancheros location in Elk Grove Village!!!! I drive an hour to get Pancheros and I miss it being closer to me.... :(Burrito king! Also they make fresh tortillas, and they MIX UP THE INGREDIENTS!!! Blessed
My current favorite: Quesadillas with Black & Pinto Beans, Rice, Veggies (onions & peppers), Salsa Verde, & Corn Salsa. Guacamole is available for additional cost. Delicious!
I used to really like this place and now I will never come back. They quit serving queso in the larger cups but I still came back after that. Now they can't serve a burrito because they don't have the paper to wrap it. When I questioned this they were rude...
Yesterday was my first time here and my last. I ordered the bowl. The flavor was good, but the steak was so chewy. I mean every piece of steak was like chewing gum.
The costumer service was awful, chicken was burnt. The worker cooking my quesadilla put it on the flat top and forgot about it, and another worker went to finish it and it was completely burnt. I didn’t get half the things I asked for, and didn’t even receive my drink. Politely asked for a refund, and got told we couldn’t get one. I would have put zero stars if I could’ve.
Better bowl than Chipotle and less expensive too. Doesn't hurt that they are around the corner either. My go to Mexican now.
Made the mistake and went with the reviews from Google and looks to me that they may be allowing someone to delete the bad reviews on this place. The bathrooms are filthy, every table in there was filthy. Food is overly salted and looks old. Spend your money elsewhere.
