First time here, I ordered over the phone and picked up. I ordered a drink and they failed to give it to me, or wasn’t told to get it myself, by the time I got home, my granddaughter asked me where her drink was. My pork carnitas tasted like the meat set out or was reheated and it was dry, and the price was very expensive for the small amount of food I got. There was a service charge for using my debit card, wasn’t told about that either! No thanks, I won’t be back. Consumer beware.
Food is poorly made. I should have paid attention to the reviews. But I believe in 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances and of course it was a fail. Customer service could definitely sharpen up their skills and the food Could be made with fresher ingredients. The food tasted like left overs from 2 days ago. After the owner passed, I feel like it’s lost it’s twinkle that made this place grand. Advice: Take the time to make the food with love and bring back the authenticity to this place or close. These times are critical and it’s a make it or break it. And I definitely can go across the street to the Guanajuato and get better + Service.
Food was ok but the menu prices on the web sight are not what they charge at the restaurant the websight said $1.99 for tacos and they charge you $3.99 so we paid almost $100 for a order we expected to pay $50
Very very disappointed...I’ve been coming to this place since I was younger. Ordered tonight the first time in a long time, spent $80. Said for 1 taco it’s 3.00. Then was told they don’t have chips and salsa and had to pay cash. So then go to pick it up, was told all the prices online are incorrect. Lady at the front desk was rude. Said their register was down. Numbers didn’t add up. Asked if there was new owners because I would have never been treated like this before. Very sad
Very shady business, I ordered 6 tacos with cilantro, onion and cheese and was charged $32 upon arriving. The only explanation I could receive for this outrageous bill was the added cheese. Word of advice ask for total before arrival, I will not be dining here ever again just shameful!!
Just called wanting to order some tamales. The girl that answered only said they don't have them, didn't know when they would n refused to let me talk to anyone else
Food is always good never had a problem but the girl at the front desk taking orders is always in a bad mood even over the telephone. She makes me feel like it’s my fault she’s cranky… somebody get her some milk!
Would be negative 5 stars far as im concerned. Terrible customer service also charging a 13% fee when paying with card that they dont have posted informing customers. Prices are beyond ridiculous for small portioned tacos etc. Was charged $26 for 6 steak tacos absolutely robbery for there quality and service. NEVER WILL BE BACK DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO RIGHT BEHIND THIS LOCATION FOR GUANAJATO THEY HAVE BIGGER PORTIONS AND BETTER FOOD!
