Late night crew+managers always make the best fries and coffee ! Thank you to the workers who make my coffee instead of telling me the machine is down y’all are the real MVPs
I love the comfort of the dining room, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the food. I like the quietness, yet feel a little claustrophobic with the thickened walls.Also, I'm not a fan of the new way McDonald's is running their dining rooms lately because it really affects customer service and the friendly face you can still see at the drive thru. People who dine in seem like an inconvenience from my view. I can see McDonald's going all conveyer belt/robotic except some main roles in the future and although that may be cheaper in the long run, I feel it could be their failing as a major corporation. COVID has allowed for this current situation. So, I hope it doesn't stay this way. Hands on with customers is really the best advertising, as word of mouth can make or break a business.
NEGATIVE STARS!! DON'T GO HERE!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY!! I ordered the classic cheeseburger pack off of the app. It comes with 2 cheeseburgers, 2 medium fries and a 20pc nugget. They only gave me the 2 burgers and fries but not the Nuggets. So I went back around the drive thru. The night manager argued with me saying that I didn't order Nuggets. I tried to show her what I ordered in the app but she wouldn't pay attention and was being rude. I just wanted my food!! I would rather drive to another location!!
Everybody was super nice at drive-through, and their prices are so much lower than the suburbs of Chicago!
Still lists 24 hours, can still order through the app, show up to store and it's completely dark... Please work on getting correct closing times to your customers...

They say their 24hrs its hit or miss if they r open at 3:30-4 am one day they r open next 2 days closed ! If McDonald's cant staff over nights . Alot of people start work early around here !
First they made me and my party wait to be served at the speaker but literally attended to 3 cars that pulled up AFTER us at the other speaker. Then I asked if they could make my drink upgraded to an Oreo shamrock McFlurry. The lady at the window told us that isn’t possible since it’s not a shake. Ok no problem, we can add that separately. I asked for a small McFlurry to be added separately. Then she condescendingly tells us there’s only one size in McFlurry and they don’t have it at the moment. Ok great! Let’s make my meal an upgrade to a shamrock shake then. She rings in my order as a meal with a large sprite, medium fries, and puts the shamrock shake separately (don’t know what happened here). Out of frustration and wanting to avoid conflict I just go with it. The cherry on top is that they didn’t even give me my cherry on the shamrock shake and it was mostly vanilla with only very very little of the mint shamrock flavor. One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had.
Waited 15 minutes after they said it was cash only for old dry and burnt chicken. There wasn't even anybody else there so the place wasn't even busy so not sure what took so long. They also wouldn't give the receipt either.
