I would like to give a big shout out to Cheyenne! She is a phenomenal person yet alone a Great Manger! I absolutely love her team they always greet me when I come in they always greet me when I leave. This is absolutely the best McDonald’s/Team in Rockford Illinois.
Motorcyclist beware, they won't take you after they close the indoor part of the restaurant. You can't be helped in the drive thru, it's just poor customer service all the way. We even ordered food on the app and stood in the drive thru, but made us come back on the bike, because as the lady said we don't do walk ups.
Horrible service. I ordered a latte on my way to work, waited 10 minutes, and when I got to the window they told me they're cleaning their latte machine. Could have said that right away instead of making me wait for nothing.
Rude staff very unprofessional. Waited in the drive thru to order for about 15 minutes. it was us and another car at the other speaker, was told 1 moment please and helped the car they was helping then 2 more cars pulled up, they continued to help the other vehicles in the opposite lane as they arrived and kept ignoring us as the other customers that were pulling up after us kept placing their orders. After about 10 additional minutes we finally left. I guess this is what happens when a group of uneducated people are paid 15$ an hour to simply have horrible customer service and mess up orders ?♀️?
Wait time, trash. Chicken nuggets, trash. Service, trash. Drive thru, trash. Stomach ache, trash. Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru to get some cold and awful tasting McNuggets. Nuggets tasted like they were freezer burnt. Also, tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time after being cooked. Now, I have a nasty stomach ache.
The staff treat you like family, the food is always fresh and for the price it is a regular stop for me, I go out of my way to go to this McDonalds, even tho there are others closer to my location
Very bad service, they take too long and cars not even moving.
The ice cream machine was working, but they didn't have any of the shakes advertised during the time we went(during shamrock shake time) except vanilla. How does that happen by 12:40 in the afternoon? Oh well, it happens, things don't always go your way. They got our order perfect and both my kids have requests for adjustments on their fave orders. Spot on here. Thanks for your work ya'll!
Went and got dinner for the family. The food was cold, fries were gross and forgot the pickles , lettuce on our big macs. Very disappointing
I go through this drive through at least twice a wk at night. It takes 3-5 mins per car. This night was Saturday night maybe 6 cars before me. I waited about 4 mins to order which wasn't bad. I ordered at 12:18. I took this picture at 12:37 right after I paid. I still had 2 or 3 cars in front of me. So around 30 mins in the drive through for 6 cars to get through. And every time they tell me they don't have shakes. It's ridiculous how long they take at night only.
