I knew this McDonald’s was a mess the moment I stepped a foot inside. You have employees cursing, gossiping and talking loud in front of customers. You have customers also talking loud like they’re in the club at 8 in the morning lol. I came for a interview just for a hiring manager to never show up to the table I was sitting at. I came on time and waited 30 minutes for nothing. I didn’t even bother asking the person taking orders again because from what I seen and heard at this location, they’re VERY unprofessional and I probably wouldn’t even like working with certain people. I wanted to work here but I think I dodged a bullet lol
This is ridiculous. We waited 40 mins for our food for them to tell us they don’t have our order in the system and no refund and food back? Never coming here again.
I ordered a regular coke and got Diet Coke instead.
The leadership is outstanding and the team has created a positive guest experience. You can tell how hard they are working and my family reslly appreciates it! Keep up the great work 11th Street!!
One of the decent McDonald's in rockford. Fast drive thru & sandwiches are not sloppy most of the time.
McDonald's is not a place I go for good foods, but for fast food. The sandwich was fine but the extended wait just isn't why I went there.
This McDonald’s is the absolute worst. If I could have given them negative 25 stars I would have, but I guess I’ll settle for one. Every time I come here it takes 30mins to get anything. The staff is all rude and half of them are on their phones when they should be working. This McDonald’s needs a cleanse for sure. I would be avoiding this place at all costs. People DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!
So walked in ordered a chicken sandwich that was made fine got 2 apple pies they were hard as rock and nothing in them my husband got chicken nuggets they were fine he ordered 2 apple pies as well hard as a rock and nothing in them and as we came in all the employees were standing around up front talking and yelling at each other the girl with the red braids her hair should be up in a ponyor a bun
Waited in a long line, but it was late at night, and the young man serving the window was working his butt off getting everyone served. Can't complain given all the circumstances. I was impressed.
