Always out of something...but why advertise smoothies when they never have been there 3 times recently and always machine down...fix it or take it off your menu that simple
They ignore you in the lobby for over 10 minutes so you will use the ordering kiosk. Then our food was ready and instead of bringing it out the lady just yells Happy meal over and over. I used to come here more often but I'll be going to N. 2nd from now on.
Why is it so difficult to gather the items in each order, place them in the bag & hand it over to the customer? The items in each order are displayed on the screen AND there is a paper receipt as well. So what happens between ordering & double checking the order & giving it to the customer? This isn't the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time either. You think you're worth $15 & you can't double check an order?
Came up to the drive thru. Waited 15 mins for a response. No one was in the drive thru with me. Pulled around and ordered inside. Took 15 minutes for my order. Wasted 30 minutes due to people that can work and too lazy to get an order right. Order was still wrong. Don't go there ever...After taking to the manager she told me not to order from there and to go somewhere else...
I don't think this place could get your order right if their life depends on itOrdered 4 sausage egg and cheese biscuits they charged me for 5 I got home and in my bag I had 3 of what I ordered 2 were sausage biscuits called them 5 times no answer called corporate all they did was took a complaint finally got hold of the manager who didn't do anything just come back and we will replace what was wrong the restaurant is 5 miles from my house McDonald's lost a customer for life I recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT
My brother went to this location yesterday. (He's mentally handicap so it affects his social skills as he gets nervous with confrontation.) He waited over 20 minutes for his meal because they handed it to another person and instead of acknowledging that he was standing there for a long period of time they played on their phones and ignored him, until he messaged me to let me know what was going on so I had to tell him to go up and ask, then they proceeded to give him the wrong size fry and drink ( he didnt notice until he got home as he walks everywhere.). I called and talked to a female manager, carrie, yesterday who said she would take care of him and he could come back in and she would replace his order. I told her he got off before she would be in a she said that was fine, she would leave a note or something. Well he went in today to get his replacement and the manager, Don, was extremely rude and condescending. He proceeded to talk over me on the phone, stating their policies, where I had to say "excuse me, sir!" Over him to get him to stop talking. I said I understood they had certain policies and problems in the past with people scamming them. I'm not even from this state, so how would I know?! So he's like send him back in I'll replace it this time. I could hear Ron asking my brother all these questions. Over an $8 meal. Come on, do better! This is the last time anyone from our family will EVER spend money at that location.
The only time you can actually get good service is if it’s early during the day. We went after bowling and got there at 12:15 a.m After waiting 20 minutes and only 2 cars ahead of us actually moving up, we just ended up leaving. Good news is, Taco Bell did a fabulous job. I don’t think I’ll try anywhere else when it’s late and I’m hungry from now on ? there was one car in front of us when we pulled in and we didn’t even get our order ever taken at McDonald’s. But did see an employee outside enjoying a wonderful smoke break. ? just no thanks.
The slowest place ever. We ordered 3 cones in a cup and sat in drive thru line for a half hour. They sure don't park anyone! When we got our ice cream it was melted. My husband said well i guess they are half melted and the lady just shrugged her shoulders and didnt seem to care.I recommend finding a faster McDonald's to go to if you want your food in a timely manner! Now by all means I worked fast food before so dont get me wrong I know it can be overwhelming but for crying out loud please learn to park customers to satisfy the other customers you have in line and keep drive thru time down! Just saying utilize the spaces you have!
Had to go home to eat, not a clean table to eat at,.worker said they where short staffed.i guess they will have more time to clean when there's no customers
The people there are really nice, and respectful, and the food is very tasty. I love the ice coffee, and they're chicken nuggets, and fries ? ? n much more...
