I'm giving the 5 stars to one employee named Alex he was amazing very polite and helpful. No as far one manag I guess that's what she is wearing a pink wouldn't give me her name is very rude and the way she talks to the other employees if that's how they train there managers then they should find another way
Customer service was great. Just had to wait a few extra minutes because it was busy during lunch time.
What u pay there u better off dining in a restaurant. Fast food becoming way expensive and u need to wait for ur food not good
It's McDonald's haha the employer's we're fast and everything was fresh but Auburn st McDonalds is horrible thy had flys flying on everything ?
They forgot the chicken nuggets so we had to go back and on top of that the Mchicken was mostly manase and it looked disgusting
Website says store closes at 11pm and drive thru is 24 hrs. Went at 10:30pm and waited in the drive thru. Several more cars pulled behind me and nobody answered, nobody at the window. Pulled around to see workers in the lobby and was able to get their attention. They stepped out of the store to say that they closed at 10pm. No other indication that they were closed was posted.
I left 1 of Mc Donald's hamburger outside and it looked the same from garbage day Wed last wk. This week ? day the hambuger looked the exactly ? the same as the day I brought it. Real ground beef doesn't stay like that meat an taco bell meat. I'm willing to bet Mc Donald's owners don't eat with they're FAMILIES??? I KNOW WENDY OWNER DAVE EATS WITH HIS FAMILY AT WENDY'S CAUSE IT REAL BEEF!!!! Mc Donald's sold over a billion bugers/its not enough cows in this world to sell a Billion Burgers!!! The McDonald's in Elgin is so ghetto. They workers be acting slow and will forget to put all of your food in the bag. Don't even attempt to ask for more condiments. They act like they'll lose their job if they give you more than 1.
Great customer service .. hot fresh food and accurate order .. drive thru moves pretty fast
Evertime I go there the mess up and food is horrible plus take forever or it's cold worse McDonald's in the country
