NIGHT SHIFT SUCKS. I Came To Pick Up Food & They Said They Didnt Have A Restroom Key. Asked The Gas Station Man And He Told Us Mcdonals Has The Restroom Keys. ALSO MAYBE FOCUS ON WORKING INSTEAD OF TALKING MAYBE YOU WOULDNT HAVE A LINE. PATHETIC.
This McDonald's was great. The service was very good. They were fast and everyone seemed like they were happy and helpful. Fries were hot and crispy. Food was fresh and the inside of the McDonald's was clean and well lit. I would recommend this location over some of the other Rockford locations.
Came for fries and a drink. Fries were warm, not hot. The drink was great.Curbside/mobile ordering was closed.

Above and beyond. I love this Location specifically..... Never have I ordered and had a problem. Always fresh food and drinks!! ? I'm loving it...

Two McDonald’s in the Rockford area to avoid if correctness on your order is important. The e state and Jefferson site and the e state near alpine site. Can’t get a dang burger plain to save their life. Otherwise it’s McDonald’s and self explanatory
Always gets my food wrong. Got it wrong twice so I called in other times. Came back for replacement they laughed and said pull to last window like I was lying. Got my replacement and one of the sandwiches was wrong again. Currently waiting in my car for my replacement of a replacement. The fries here are always bad. Dont bother wasting your money on fries at this location. Also, be sure to check your food before you pull away from window. I had to pull up my McDonald's app to prove I wasn't lying even though she remembered me and my phone number. This is silly. Nobody should be laughed at in the drive thru and treated this way. I don't have a problem paying for my food, it's NOT GETTING MY FOOD I PAY FOR.. that's the real problem. Fix your fry cook or cook them longer
