They run out of Alfredo sauce and have to call me almost every time I order. My kids love this place but very rarely get to have what they want
Got 1 pizza and 20 wings. Over $50! That's insane but was excited to try for the first time cause for that price, your expectations are high and sometimes you just gotta try something new.What a huge letdown though!Everything looked fancy and was hot so that is the 1 star they deserve. Presentation is great!But they forgot all the seasoning.....no salt or herbs, the marinara on the pizza was so lacking you only noticed it at the edge of the crust. There was no flavor to anything! The wings were so large they looked like the chicken was taking steroids and the garlic parm sauce was really oily and again....flavorless. Garlic is already really potent so how is it possible it could have no flavor! So disappointed.Dominoes pizza is loaded with flavor in comparison and for the price I paid, I could have got enough pizza to feed a college party.But they do have Elixer Juice drinks....and those are amazing! Highly recommended going just for that.And no...we aren't sick or lost our taste buds. We put it aside, popped in a frozen pizza and made some fries in the air fryer and that was delish and loaded with flavor in comparison. Giving it away to the sisters kids tomorrow so it doesn't go to waste.
Best Calzones and Italian beef sandwiches ever! Don't forget the fries!
Every time we call they are only serving pizza salad and calzone. This has been an ongoing problem. Totally redoculous if your not gonna serve your menu you need to take everything your not gonna serve off the menu.
MonthMoved here from Maryland a year in a half ago, have been disappointed with every pizza place and the lack cheese steak restaurants out here. Deep dish is terrible but all I've been able to get. Wanted a NY style pizza so bad and this was IT! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! FINALLY,. A place I will return to.EXCELLENT SERVICE GREAT PRICES! a terrible experience. On Christmas afternoon we order food. the system kept us waiting from 5 to 8 until it confirmed our order. He then told us that the food had been delivered. which never happened, they charged us $ 62for something they never delivered and no one answered the phones.

Very cheap quality !! Food was stale and tasted still frozen what’s going on mamma mia !!? Used to be my go to now I barely even go to.

Used to be extremely good. Last three times iv tried calling the phone just rings and rings calling about 2 hours before close, and the last time I got ahold of them they refused to make anything that's on the menu besides pizza and salad. Very sad to see this place take a dump like this, used to be some of the best food in Rockford.Edit: I readjusted my review due to the response of my review, although I will still say in response to their response when you go on vacation it would be professional and polite to at least record a voicemail on the phone explaining this, it's not hard and takes 2 minutes to set up, rather than leave it ringing eternally with no explanation of a trip on either your website or a voicemail.
