Food was as expected. Staff was nice. Very busy place.
Alexis is amazing! I went this morning and she was prepping bread for the day, making sandwiches, running the register-master of multi-tasking being the only one on the floor. It was early, but she was working her tail off! I just wanted to give her a shout out as you are lucky to have such a rockstar team member! Great job, thanks Alexis!

Stopped in at 9:40 p.m. and they wouldn't take our order because they said they were closed even though they don't close until 10:00
Absolutely disorganized.It's not like I expect a lot from underpaid food service workers, don't blame them for Management's shortcomings. That said, I've never been to worse Jimmy's location.The only team member on shift (Saturday afternoon) who seemed to have their act together was a very nice girl with green hair. She was clearly working prep, not her job to tend to customers, but was still running around correcting every single other team member's mistakes and apologizing for them. Poor girl, hope she gets the recognition (and pay! ) she deserves in comparison to her co workers.The most jarring part of the transaction was the cashier. He logged into the register and proceeded to stare at the wall, not addressing anyone, for quite some time. When he decided he was ready, he asked to help the man directly in line behind me (not that I was off to the side, I was standing directly before the register) instead of addressing me. Very strange and infantilizing, even the man who was addressed seemed taken aback.In addition, it seemed quite a few people before us had gotten the wrong orders. The cashier didn't take down a name or give us a number, so that checks out. Others still had mistakes with their orders, so the sandwich bar employees were not excluded from the disorganization.All in all, this team needs a lot more training and management, green-haired gal excluded. Very disappointing.
I was in and out. Was happy to see the sweet young man Clayton at this store location. He made my sandwich like always. Everyone was real nice. Place is always clean
I ordered my food at 3:20 did not get me food until 5 pm with a missing cookie . When I called and wanted a refund they kept denying me saying it will only be ten more minutes or they were not allowed to give me refund. The manager on shift lily told me no to a refund because the driver was the best one and she’d rather trust him than an upset customer . Never ordering here again
They had drive thru lights in menu off, neon signs off, called to ask what time they close think they were closing they had 3 hours to go, didn't seem like it.
Never ordered here before #10 comes with no chips or drink like every other restaurant asked cashier if it came with chips she said No with attitude everything is in the bag sir as if she never made a mistake and flips me the bird as I leave real professional guys
Great customer service. Love their sandwiches. Great experience overall!
