Jimmy John's is one of my favorite fast food eateries. The food is very fresh as well as being a much healthier choice then some of the burger joints, don't get me wrong I love those as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Inside location was clean and well lit. Great service.
If you are going to take over an hour to be "freaky fast" at least make sure it is the best sandwich ever. Highly disappointed with the customer service I received from this store.
Ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 drinks at 12:01 pm. We waited until around 12:50pm until we called and asked where our order was. They said it would arrive in 5 minutes. We called back after 30 minutes and it still hadn't even left the restaurant.Our order didn't show up until 2:05 pm. Beyond ridiculous and poor customer service.If deliveries are pushed that far back, you should let people know ahead of time or stop taking delivery orders and do pick up only.They also left out the chips from the combo order as well so they didn't even deliver our correct order.Won't be ordering from this location again.
The guy who answered was very pleasant. They were here fast and turns out was the same guy. He was very nice.
Delivery service is horrible. I've now been waiting 1 hour 10 minutes and still no food. Called store, claims $40 order is out for delivery. This is horrible.

Ordered my food online to be delivered by my lunch hour, which is only 30 minutes long. I called & they said it should of been delivered by now & they the said they were there. Neither was true. It arrived almost 35 minutes late. Which gave only 10 minutes to eat. Not happy!!
