Subs so slow I am freaking out!Worker cleanliness doesn't seem like a high priority either with the current crew.Food tastes good but it's Jimmy John's; they're not exactly cooking anything in store.Come on, Jimmy; you can do better!
Don't make the Thai wraps with enough sauce or crunchy bits, slow, cashier has filthy hands.
The sandwiches here are very good but the prices have gotten much higher. We just got two sandwiches, one bag of chips, and three drinks and it cost $28 and some change. Say what? I will not be returning.
I had an unwhich which was great. Perfectly made. My only complaint was the guy manager working that day just dipped out to take a break and left the female staff to suddenly replace him with an entire lobby full of ppl waiting for their food ontop of drive thru. That was pretty unprofessional.
The last three times I have ordered from this location I have waited 1.5 - 2+ hours for delivery, only 1 or 2 sandwiches max. I always order 1 hour before my lunch break, and I never get my food in time. This location used to be fine, but the last year they have been terrible with service. I have only called once to complain (this was a few orders ago) and just got an "Oh well, what do you want US to do about it?"I think this will be my last order. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt since they might be busy, but it's consistent now. As I'm writing this it has been almost 2 hours, and I am still waiting for my sandwich.
We go here at least weekly. I usually order on the app and then go through the drive thru to pick up. They always do a great job and the guys there are always polite and prompt. Tip these guys, they’re working hard!
Took over an hour for cold cut sandwiches. I think it's time they change their slogan freaking slow.
The guys @ Jimmy Johns accidentally added Mayo to my sandwich which I was super upset about. I then took a bite and questioned why I ever lived my life without Mayo. Thank you for changing my sandwich life forever!!!!!!! We go to Jimmy Johns often and this location had the nicest employees & definitely gave us the most meat.
Food was good and sandwich was made nice.Only con was delivery took a hour and a half and the pickle wasn’t crispy fresh. Which was disappointing. The delivery driver was nice and apologetic. I understand establishments are short staffed. Maybe they should eliminate delivery till back fully staffed. Will go back again but will pick up order instead.
It was pretty good. Nice sized sandwich's and good staff.
