Freaky fast! Good people fast service! Nice location downtown sit and watch the traffic and have a sandwich.

Always used to order but the one time I pay with cash driver runs off with $40 for $22 order, when I come out asking for change back I was told they didn't have enough, got $10 back!
I called to order for delivery. They took my order gave me a total. Then 5 minutes later I get a call from the manager saying oh I'm sorry the girl that took your order is new and your not in our delivery area. I live 1.7 miles from the location! Then the manager says oh if we do the delivery our owner will get fined by corporate! So ridiculous!! Very poor customer service! My order was gona come to $66 wich was totally fine. But they won't deliver
Order at 12:36 receive my food at 1:24. I call restaurants to ask about my food and was just informed that was on the way place is about 3 min away from my location. Got the wrong breat on my sandwich ? and no straw for my drink.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from the app where my order was never delivered! And they argued with me that it was delivered. Are you kidding me? After the first time it happened, I waited outside for this order. No one came. And when I called, I got the run around and immaturity. Never again.
Everyone there was friendly. The food was delicious I will say one thing about Jimmy John's is they are consistent.
Literally watched the dude use his apron as a sweat rag. Sanitary.
