husband and I came in on his birthday and we met Najee the team lead he was great gave a mini sandwich I advise to come see him on your special day

Omg if u know u know .. I went here today around 1015 A.M .. the service was wonderful very friendly helpful and caring ... I don't know their names but it was 3 women and they did a fantastic job .. yes I'm fat and wow did she make my sandwich #55 the way I wanted it yessss lmao even my dog thanks you for her steak n cheese meat .. Wonderful place to go for a sandwich.. I seriously recommend the #55 or the #56 if its ur 1st time .. keep it up Jersey Mike's forever my favorite sandwich place
Just recently seen a Mashed review of Italian Club Sandwiches on YouTube. Surprisingly they ranked Jersey Mikes #1. Normally I personally rank this sandwich #1 with Jimmy John's. I came to this Jersey Mikes and had their Italian. Had it Mike's way. White bread with a sweetened ice tea to drink. Unfortunately this sandwich was quite disappointing. If it wasn't for Mike's way with the spices, vinegar and olive oil, the sandwich would have had no taste at all. Very friendly staff. The sample of sweetened tea was good, not over powered with sugar but served warm. Put in the ice and it completely waters down the ice tea to the point of it losing its taste as well. Again quite disappointing. I will continue to get my italian clubs at Jimmy John's, until some else comes along and says better, then I'll try them.
Went to Jersey Mikes on E State St in Rockford today. 2 male workers that were preparing customer food had masks on but their noses were not covered. I asked the cashier if he was the manager. He pointed to a woman. One of the guys preparing the sandwiches asked if I wanted a manager. I told him I wanted him to wear his mask over his nose. He did not pick up his mask. I will not be going to Jersey Mike's until covid settles down. One of the guys that was improperly wearing a mask was working at the grill and the other was adding toppings to sandwiches. This is too bad because I really like Jersey Mike's.
Dog, don't even get me start on that chicken bacon ranch thing they got. Literally the only sandwich I have tried because I can't pass it up everytime I go there. So good.
Horrible experience. Thought I'd give it another go here after not going back for years because they always screw up some how. I do enjoy the sandwiches. Unfortunately the people who work there do not listen and dress your sandwich up however they feel like. Said no mayo 3 times and I get home and of course sandwich is dripping in mayo. Basically a mayonnaise sandwich. Straight in to the trash.
This is my first time experience with Jersey Mike's and the worse experience. Their service is horrible. I called to place an order and they told me I had to come in. They didn't even offer online ordering. I go in and place an order. 4 people who came in after me received their order before me. I saw the workers prepare theirs first. I saw some people eating there and asking for napkins. My order was to go. When I asked for napkins I was told to grab my napkins from the dine in area and I told them my order is to go, but she still didn't give me any. The lady was extremely mean and the service was horrible!!! I will never go there again!
my husband ordered on line and paid for our food. He went in to the East Stste store in Rockford at the specified time and was told it would be 15 minutes because they were out of white bread. He waited and the manager said she was wrong, they are out of all bread and it will be another 15 minutes. He asked for a refund and the manager said they can’t do refunds for orders placed through their app. This just happened tonight. Customers are frustrated and my husband just wanted our sandwiches and to go home after working a double shift at the hospital and had to back there in six and a half hours. He did everything like he was supposed no. Now he either leaves with no food or refund or stay and wait even longer. Horrible customer service.
