I didn't catch the hostess' name, but she was hands down phenomenal. Everything was cooked to special specification except the chicken, but it wasn't bad enough to even mention. What I will mention, is the broken bench seat that felt like I was sitting on exposed springs. The waiter was very polite and extremely helpful, all in all the whole visit was just okay.
"I" was about to "HOP" outta there. I waited for 20 minutes only for a bland Chicken Strip and Pancakes that were hard, bland, tasted worse than a frozen dinner. The service was terrible. I had to ask to be seated. There are coof-shields everywhere. I complained to the manager directly. I was offered a meager $2 discount. Pathetic. Denny's was better yesterday and I gave a tip as well. Avoid this franchise. The negative reviews are fairly accurate.
While people inside eating they sent 3 cars away claiming to be closed, then came out around the building to place a cable bike lock on the door? and moved the trash can Infront of it! There were still several families at tables eating, now locked it the building?

bad delivery service, bad service entrance staff, ask for an order told me it was not ready we lasted more than 40 minutes we went back to enter my order was ready but cold ..
Came here for breakfast food tasted horrible it was some stuff was undercooked and other food was over cooked. Took 15 to 20 mins for a refill after getting asked if anything else they can do. Wasn't even that busy and had super slow service. I use to love IHOP but now it has went down the drain. Waited another 15 to 20 mind for the check and a box because I am taking what I have left to my dog to eat.
Wow what a stomach ache kind of place. Waitress was very nice. But honey find a new job you wasting your time. The food was bad . I would not feed that to my DOG ! . This place is the worst !!!!!
Food was cool, not hot, server was ok. Had to go ask for our bill at front counter. But they were very busy and had new staff so i think it will get better. Ihop has always been a good choice, just maybe a bad day.
Hi Everyone,Been a long time since I’ve been here and had their omelets! (Wonder why…) you should check out their new on the menu Cheeseburger Omelet they have there now! Today was my meat day and I almost ate it all so, make sure your patient after ordering it because they made mine monumental! The service was on point too! Thank you guys at the grill for it was so worth the very long wait of coming back here!
Do not use for curbside pick up because they always have the phone off the hook and you end up going inside anyways so you might as well park in front and go inside instead of parking in the curbside spot on the side of the building worst for curbside pick up ever most people do curbside because it's hard for them to get out so we like that they have curbside but what's the since of using it if you still have to go inside
