1st time here with my fiancé (who is a big sushi lover) and came during happy hour (4-5:30pm every day even the weekends which is crazy amazing). Hands down amazing food and prices! Staff was super friendly and the service was really quick. Found our new sushi spot for the Rockford area.
We had a few dishes.The Bulgogi beef dish which had the crispy rice from the stone bowl.There was a California roll, and I am sorry honey.The best part was the pinnaple soju our waiter devon recommended to us! It was perfect to pair with the dishes.Always a pleasure to come here since the staff is really helpful.
This sushi place is absolutely amazing! My girlfriend and I got a few drinks and 4 rolls of sushi which were some of the best I've had! The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes sushi!
I Luv Sushi used to be great...then they got rid of the all you can eat option, raised prices, and reduced quality. the tuna was brown and light pink instead to red. all the fish had an off taste except the salmon but the salmon wasn't fully cleaned as they left chewy bits of silver skin on it before making the rolls. service was less than acceptable especially for lack of tables in the dining room. Grocery store sushi quality for Shogun prices.
We got the I luv sushi platter for new years eve. All the sushi was made very well. I ordered it for pick up and it was ready on time and they helped me out of the restaurant. I would definitely order it again.
