Ordered a lunch sized orange chicken and the portions were extremely small compared to other Happy Wok's. The orange sauce tasted off but the rice and shrimp was good. Also ordered 2 sets of 3 spring rolls and received 2 egg rolls instead. Disappointed and won't be ordering from them unless there's a zombie apocalypse and they're the only place that's still open.
Very cold inside. They had just opened for the day and Tables needed to be cleaned. Service was fast. Soda options were cans with limited selection. No cola and I didn't see any diet. I thought it was overpriced. I would not go back again. Needs a good cleaning and better presentation.
Delicious food my only suggestion is to offer delivery after 7pm
Service was normal.........food was terrible. Ordered sweet and sour shrimp. Smallest pieces of shrimp I've ever seen. And I only got one piece of onion and one piece of green bell pepper. Went and had the same order at happy wok on n main St rockford..........fabulous. I got the big shrimp that you would see in the appetizer......and quite a few. They were not selfish with vegetables. DELICIOUS!!! If people are going to own franchises they should be of the same quality as others. I don't recommend going to the one on elm st downtown rockford.
Ordered some food and as i waited i started looking around and OMG this place is filthy , i got my food brought it home and couldn't help but think of that place i open the container and the first bite i noticed the taste and smell of very OLD grease and that was it , there were black specks in the rice and generals chicken that appeared to be from an old pan , health department needs to have a look into this place , DO NOT EAT HERE. Just walk in and jave a look DISGUSTING

Steak made me sick to my stomach
Very rude and unprofessional . They forgot to make my sweet and sour chicken sweet and sour.. I called and told them but at this point I’m already at home feeding my babies. I asked for a credit to pick up a new sweet and sour chicken and they told me That wasn’t possible but I can come pick up some sauce. Now I have to bring the food back there just for a refund. They said I could have a refund (as long as it isn’t touched or opened)
Went there for my first time, the fried rice was good and the sauce wasn't bad, but the chicken wasn't fully cooked and I got sick from it
