I am so done with this place! Every time I go there the people get more rude than the previous visit, pricing is never consistent, they have over charged me multiple times! Or charged me for things I didn't ask for! I am sick of they way I am treated here, I will NEVER order from this location again! Today I even heard yelling and swearing while I was in the drive thru from a staff member!
Inflation my a$$!! I got a huge tub of egg drop soup I paid almost $5 for, a fortune cookie with no fortune, and barely any fried crunchies in my little bag that's supposed to be full, only less than a quarter in it. Find somewhere else to spend your money
We placed an order at 3:08pm on a Saturday and were told it would be half an hour to an hour. Called after waiting an hour and were told it would be there soon. Waited until 5:08 on the dot and finally called to cancel the order. They didn't even apologize. ?
My order was all messed up, call the Happy Wok and they said the girl was rushed. Only one person in front of me and nobody in the parking lot so how could she be rushed. This was at 4 p.m. and who wants to return to the restaurant with gas prices being so extreme. Too bad the rating system doesn't have minuses because I would give it a - 10. There is a plus side I'll never go there again!
Speaker/front counter people are rude. I feel like they burned my food on purpose. Seeing as how it was only fries and I waited for 12 minutes just to get them. The one in the pajama pants needs to either work on her attitude or find another job. I came back for a refund and she rolled her eyes and said "oh god". I was never rude so I'm confused where the attitude came from. She would rather talk to her co workers than actually work it seems like. Will not be back.
Ordered food over phone. Was told it would be delivered in an hour. One hour fifteen minutes they told me their cook is cooking it now, and it will be the first one out. Did someone forget an order?
So I Oder food messed it up call up there they really rude when I got my stuff burnt my hand cause the spilled the soup all over the bag tryed calling up there to talk to Steve and refused to talk to me .. all because of people wanna act childish about stuff and Lindsey poor customer service
Decent pricing, but you get what you pay for. The amount of food you get is mediocre. The fried rice is like cheap mexican rice. The sweet and sour sauce was nothing special. The beef and broccoli was more like a few pieces of beef with mixed vegetables. We wanted to try it, but won't come back.
The food is delicious as always. But if you go to the drive thru be sure to know what you want. Also don’t expect good customer service…. Rush both me and my boyfriend. And was very nice at all. It wouldn’t hurt to have a little more kindness at the speaker box as well as in person at the window. The girl was very rude! Not sure if I’ll even go back or if I do go thru the drive thru.
This place was the first place I went to when I got to Rockford, IL. I was referred there by a local and it did not disappoint. The food was AMAZIIIING!! I wanted to stop back by before heading home, but couldn't ??. I will definitely get food from here when ever I am in town.
