This place is in a run down part of 7th street but don't let that detour you. The food is super fresh and flavorful . It's a small family establishment that does an awesome job. Very attentive service and the pho is excellent. Great fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce. Crab Rangoon is exceptional and all of it is made from scratch. Highly recommend
Love their boba tea! It’d be super cool if the tea house got its own location downtown. The area could use its own boba tea shop!
The food was amazing! First time trying it and I'm definitely coming back. The seafood fried noodles were amazing!
Seriously, get yourself to this place to eat. Dine in. The food is phenomenal. Also, order their boba tea. You won't be disappointed! I drive 45 minutes for their fried rice, pho and spring rolls.

They identified which of their drinks (teas, smoothies, etc.) are vegan (non dairy oat milk). Their food menu is marked vegetarian but the gentleman who assisted us said that they were also vegan-free of dairy and egg. The setting/ambiance is a little off-putting, and it’s not the best Vietnamese I’ve ever had, but worthy of four stars when keeping in mind that the service was great.

Both times I’ve eaten here, Sisters Thai was closed.. I think I will only be going there in the future when Hai Quynh is closed.. Grilled Shrimp rice bowl and Pho is delicious and priced right.

One of my favorite places for boba tea! They have always accommodated my request to add less sugar to my drinks. Food is good as well.
